akfskdn so i finally got around to figuring out my password for my eldemore account, and it's been SO LONG! XD i joined in 2014, collected pets for a while, forgot my password, came back in 2016 for about a month, forgot my password again, and now here we are.
my account is here if anyone is interested in sending me a trade ;u; i'm missing a ton of pets, but i also have a lot of extras from the time i spent in 2014 so feel free to have a look.
are there any important things i should know before getting back into the game? rarity guides, important threads, etc.?

I joined in late March after knowing about the site since its creation, and have been sort of casually collecting whichever pets I like from my own adopts.
Mostly I'm trying to accumulate trade fodder at the moment; I really want to aim for a full bird themed collection eventually.

I'm almost at the token limit for the event, which is surprising me since I kept forgetting to collect them. Still, getting to the limit on my second event doesn't seem too shabby.

My favourite pets from Hallow's Eve would be these:

I'm almost done hoarding the servals! This is also the first time I bought a bazaar pet. Humming bumbles are my favourite species, but so far I was hesitant on buying baubles because I wasn't sure I was ready to start putting money into my account.

!!Eldemore is Taking a Break!!
Newest site update!

Code Master Zayin wrote the following:

Hey everyone, I am here to announce that effective December 1st, 2017, Eldemore is officially going on a hiatus until our new site is ready. That means we will be taking a break from doing any releases, events, or raffles until our new site revamp is ready to go. This is so that we can focus our efforts completely on the new site and not have to also work on maintaining this one and doing releases and events at the same time. The best timetable I can give is that I’m shooting for a relaunch in the latter part of 2018. As development goes on, that may change.

The site will continue to operate, and there will be a final monthly release for December, but there will be no Yuletide event. You will still be able to log in, use the forums, Codex, and trade with others. We may still release a couple of free things here and there, but there will be no regular releases, no raffles, no birthday releases, and no events. Incidentally, we’re also trimming our staff down to only a few key members to help us moderate forums and trading.

In an effort to ease skepticism about the new site, and remind everyone that we’re still alive, I will be starting a development blog in January, probably on the forums here. There, I will continue to provide regular updates so that everyone who’s curious will know how things are coming along, and that development is still happening.

I’m sorry this had to be done, but it’s really the only way for Eldemore to make progress in its modernization effort, which will be an epic improvement over the site we have now. I hope you all understand that it’s necessary, and will stick around for our eventual relaunch, which as I said, we’re shooting for later next year. I promise to provide you with regular updates starting in January, which I will highlight on the main News page when they are posted.

If you have any questions, feel free to post them here and I will respond when I get the chance. I will keep track of Q&A in the post right below this one.
