Blizzardstar looked at her clan, glancing around as the cats gathered around Iceye's body. Running over to the meeting area, she yowled for a meeting her eyes searching the crowd as she stood on Riverbranch, tail flicking. "As you can see we have lost one of our warriors," she meowed, glancing over at Iceyeyes body. "Due to the fact we don't have enough evidence of what happened, even though we suspect she's been murdered, we will not exile anyone tonight," she called out!

Plumfang had decided to stretch her legs, and headed outside of camp. "Why don't I go with you to make you safe?" a voice asked, startling the elder as she turned towards her clan-mate. "With a suspected murder on the loose, we don't want anything to happen like your son and Iceyeyes right?" her clan-mate asked, making her hesitate and just nod in acceptance. 'Fine," she muttered, clear not like the younger cat being with her. After a bit of silence, the murder turned to the elder. "Why did you let my friend on patrol when you knew he wasn't ready?" the murder asked. 'Is it not your job to protect him?" the cat yowled. "But you ran away from the fight like a crowed!" the murder eyes where hard, as they watched her run back to camp. Taking a shortcut, he smiled letting the elder think she escaped, before jumping on her and surprising her. "You'll suffer the same fate as your son," the murder growled, cutting her throat with their claws.

Plumfang struggled against the cat, surprised that she was overtaken easily. Growling, she hissed at the murder. "It was you who killed Iceyeyes wasn't it?" she asked, as her struggles weaken and her breathing cease awhile after the murder left.

Pumpkinpaw woke up and looked out the den as she did every morning. She still grieved for Iceyeyes, and looking to her mentor briefly, she got up and sat at the entrance. The morning still had crisp air, and she inhaled deeply. As the air filled her lungs, she was sure they would find the killer, and get revenge for Iceyeyes. SHe stood up once more, and began to look for anybody else just waking up

Dewpaw didn't want to leave her nest that morning.
She forced herself up and found that she was shaking but it wasn't so cold outside. Pumkinpaw wasn't in her nest. Dewpaw closed her eyes and laid down again, but felt the silence of the morning like a sudden chill. Ebonypaw was still in his nest asleep. She got up and went to find anyone. "Pumpkinpaw?" She called softly.

Pumpkinpaw jumps slightly at her name being called. She turned her head quickly, somewhat scared. Once the apprentice realized who it was she didnt look so worried. "Hm?" She replied softly, tilting her head and smiling at the apprentice. "Whats up?" She bowed down slightly, ready to spring and get her mentor if anything had happened in the night.

Dewpaw looked at her sadly. "Do you think.." She blinked and stared at the ground. "Do you think that Iceeyes is in starclan?" She asked quietly. She wanted to ask if she thought iceeyes had been murdered but held back her tongue. She couldn't ask that to Pumpkinpaw. "I just.." She trailed off, looking at her paws.

Ebonypaw squinted in the dim light, his vision blurry. He hadn't gotten any sleep, and had tossed and turned all night. That was normal for him, as sometimes things just became too much for him to handle. He lay on his side, his breathing heavy. After a long while, he got to his paws and headed outside. he ignored the two apprentices who were awake, and made a beeline for the warriors den. It was still very early, but he thought that maybe if he trained he could forget the numbness he felt. A distraction.

He quietly padded into the den, his gaze locking on to the sleeping form of Firefeather. With a gentle prod to the side, Ebonypaw tried to wake his mentor up. "Firefeather?" he mewed quietly, hoping to only wake up the tom.
