High hopes, ambitious pride

If the phrase "a big heart in a small body" was ever used to describe somecat, this would be the on. Cricketpaw is a compassionate, erratic, often twitching even when standing still, self-conscious, and can be overly judgmental. While he is very interested in training to become to the best, he often becomes sidetrack with other side adventures he will partake in. It is not unusually to find him on the outskirts of the clan's borders trying to watch twolegs or finding items or animals of interest in the forest he calls home. "My wandering cricket," His mother often calls him.

Crickets in Japanese culture are considered to be good luck, and with a name like his, this tiny cat has a rather large reputation to live up too. With both of his older brothers being highly skilled fighters and hunters before their deaths, and his mother and father being in similar positions, every-cat believes he will be a highly skilled tom to aid their clan. He is very eager to begin training, practically jumping out of the nursery as soon as he was able to move into the dens with cats closer to his age. Currently he is the youngest cat in his group.

Ａᴘᴘᴇᴀʀᴀɴᴄᴇ
Cricketpaw is as one can imagine, rather small for his age, often mistaken as a kit. He has light brown fur with black stripes broken across his body. Only his chest area and chin is not covered, blazing a brilliant tannish white. He has rather long whiskers which he finds quite annoying when it rains. His build is still in development, but as of now, he is rather lean and lanky. He appears to have other tuffs of white in his fur, but it seems to be darkening with age. His eyes are also a light brown color, framed with two dark lines trailing outwards.

all hey, I'm totally not making another character looking for some name suggestions for this girl? I was thinking of using a prefix like snake, eel or something like that, maybe? Also, I really like the suffix ''mist" because it works with some ideas I have for her.. So, any suggestions would be amazing! C:
