Amber's thought and set the rabbit down " well, how many animals can we hold at a time... three for each right? " she asked. Counting their muzzles and claws to be able to hold one. So smaller animals would be good, plus they were much easier to kill when smaller like they were.

Red nodded. "Most likely yes." Red said to the larger female. But it would also depend on the size of the prey too. The larger the less space they would have to hold more prey.

The small creature glanced at the rabbit. It seemed frighteningly large to her. She unknowly let out a soft, croaking growl as she moved backwards quietly, her eyes narrowed as she glared at the dead creature.

Amber smiled and and was bout to head out when she heard the small sound. She looked around, putting down the carcass. Her gaze then turned to Red " did you hear that? " she asked the other curiously as he scanned their surroundings

Fern stirred in her sleep and went to nightly nudge ruby to check on her, however when she felt no sign of the small chick the newly adopted mother jolted away. "Ruby?!" She called, pushing some of the nesting materials around to see if the chick had just buried herself for warmth. Her heart pounded inside her chest when she was unable to locate the small chick and frantically looked around. Seeing Atlas and Grat'Su she ran over interrupting their conversation. "I need help, Ruby has gone missing!" She said tears streaming down her cheeks as she frantically stepped away looking around wanting to dart off to look for her chick
