"Alright," Amberwhisker purred and then got two mice from the fresh kill pile. "Here," she mewed giving him one.

"Thanks."He said laying down eating his slowly "Will hey change my name if I don't get bigger?"He asked curiously

"Of course they will Pinepaw,"She mewed certainly. "They always do no matter what happens." Amberwhisker promised.

Silvercloud sat up when Halfsoul came over, she smiled. " Yeah I'll come, who
else is going? " She asked, though she could clearly see the group of cats gathered,
they were probably going hunting with them.

Ghostlight came into camp carrying herbs, he waved his tail to let Amberwhisker know
he was back as he slid into the den and put the herbs in storage.

"Oh ok."He mewed with a smile "I wish I could be your apprentice Amberwhisker... I always wanted to be a medicine cat. But I guess be warrior is fine."He said with a smiling

Amberwhisker waved her tail back at Ghostflight and then gave Pinekit another lick.

"Rowansky, Breezeshard and the apprentices are coming," He stopped for a moment before meweing "Wolfpaw! We're going on patrol," he mewed seeing his apprentice curled up asleep. He woke her gently.

Pinekit purred when she licked him. He had forgotten how it had felt to have a warm tongue on his head. His mother had neglected him when he was a kit and cared more for his little sister who died during a harsh winter. His mother had left him out in the forest but he had some how managed to find his way to MidnightClan.

Wolfpaw mumbled something and turned over, " What.. Im
tired." She grumbled.

just come along with all of you. " He said.

Amberwhisker purred at Pinekit and nuzzled him before mewing "Ghostflight is my apprentice, but you can be my warrior instead." she purred.

Halfsoul chuckled and then nugded Wolfpaw. "Cmon lazy kit we have to go hunting, and I just might let you come with us to Firefly pool tonight," Halfsoul mewed.

Breezeshard nodded to the scarred tom "Sure you can come too Ghostflight,"
