Is this fair for a Shima LT rarity and demand wise? If not what can I add/remove?

the shima has enough demand to go for a list pet.
i got one for a september list once (the tess horse,
because it had horrid demand), but i usually see it
go for around maybe a seventh tier adevent.
(it's been a while since i traded, has the demand for
the shima gone up or down in the past few months??)
