Clarissa poked her tongue out at him, she didn't mind though, this was friendly banter. if it had been someone else she would have whacked them one round the head with her crutches.

Damian smiled and laughed lightly as he looked from Clarissa to the road ahead. It was pretty quiet this end of the town. He sighed and glanced behind them. The police sirens had died down and were pretty far away now. He had to admit he was curious.

Clarissa smiled, she liked the serenity of the street, she didn't like busy places all that much, she liked quiet but silence put her on edge. She was starting to get fidgety because it was far too quiet here.

(( Oh... that sounds odd ^^ ))

Damian cleared his throat, breaking the silence. The street was totally empty. I was extremely eerie here. "Why is it so... so... dead here?" He frowned, glancing up and down the street.

Clarissa said, "Beats me," she couldn't hear any screams or anything, she assumed demons weren't near. She was discombobulated. ((yes that is a word!)) She looked around hearing nothing but her footsteps, breathing and the far off siren. She was actually slightly scared.

Damian frowned. This weird silence was making him feel uneasy. The street was un-naturally quiet, especially for this time of day, and it was beginning to freak him out. He could tell that Clarissa felt the same and was comforted a little by the fact. Whatever was wrong, if there was anything, he was ready and prepared.

There was no way Clarissa was prepared for anything, the most she could do right now was hit someone with her crutches. She wasn't feeling ready if there was going to be a fight. Clarissa stopped and looked around, she started humming slightly uneasily. She didn't go further though, now was no time for singing.

Charlie attached the knives to her shoes again. Then she said to Loki, "You do that a lot," she said, reffering to his mental shaking, she picked it up with her power slightly. She had no idea what it was that he did but he seemed to feel a bit self-consious and irritated but at himself, she didn't understand it at all.

Zabe looked at the two of them, frustrated that he had upset her like that. He narrowed his eyes, not doing anything yet, but he sure would if his mental taunts got any worse.

Damian didn't notice right away that Clarissa had stopped. His eyes focused on something opposing them that was crouched on a wall. Damian tilted his head slightly and squinted, trying to see what it was. He glanced to his side and span round when he couldn't see Clarissa. He then glanced back at he figure but it was gone. He frowned.

Clarissa felt a tingle down her spine, she could almost feel eyes on her. She didn't dare turn her head. She could feel some kinf of breathing next to her, but it was ghost-like as if it wasn't really there.
