Opie's new guilty pleasure is Benebones and I've never been more excited, because I've
FINALLY found something he can't sit down and destroy in ten minutes. Brat has been eating
Orijen's Fit & Trim lately. He's always held weight easy, and when you combine that with my
overall lack of time (55+ hours of work a week) and his complete lack of drive, he's getting
heavy again I think. Granted he only weights 58 pounds, he could lose a few and fit more into
my ideal of a fit pet's weight.

What tricks could I teach deacon to keep him from getting bored with what he already does as a service dog?

Can he fetch all this toys by name? Retrieve something from a fridge? Do any dog sports?

Great... My dog Shiloh now has a shoulder issue. *sigh*
She could have a torn ACL, a genetic thing, we just don't know yet. Vet gave us pain meds for 3 weeks and if the issue goes on she gets an x-ray to see what is happening.

She has been limping so bad but when she takes the pain meds she thinks the pain is gone and goes INSANE.
Probably her border collie energy popping out..

Doesn't help she can't have long walks for these three weeks, so short walks are not helping.

Also, she has been destroying toys like crazy, she is clearly bored. I don't have a clue what to do with her since she can't really any energy go, she isn't even allowed to go in the backyard herself because she gets too wild!!
My mom has had to hold off on a bath because she gets BAD zoomies after a bath...

Any tips on how to have her get the needed energy out without injuring herself more? I did read that working on training can be a cool source of energy burning, but i am not exactly sure that will hold her steady for probably two more weeks at the least.

This is “squeak squeak”. Squeak Squeak is a squeaky slipper toy from petco and Oppie loves Squeak Squeak.

I say “go get me squeak squeak” and he does and brings it to me.

He gets mad when I tell him to “Leave It”

Lol looks like he loves his dog toy :)! I foster dogs I've been doing it for about 1 year now :)!
Right now we are fostering one that is black and has a snag XD he is like the laziest boy! He gets up every morning to my mom and dad like "I WANT TO PLAY ALL DAY LETS GO LETS GO!" But then like 2 or 3 hours later he is sleeping on the couch or on my bed XD!
