Silverdusk sighed, then purred," Well my little one's, I'm going to get something to eat." She purred, then gave them each a lick on the head, causing them to squeal. The tabby then slowly and carefully got up and made her way out of the nursery. She smiled softly as she spotted her niece, Daisypaw and smiled, before padding over to the fresh-kill pile then picked out a nicely sized rabbit and laid down in the shade to eat it.

She nodded in greeting to her leader, before speaking," You mind if I bring Ashpaw with me. I was planning on doing some battle training, before Quietheart came over." Her left ear twitched before she sat down, her tail curling neatly around her paws.

Quietheart curled her tail around her paws while she listened to Mintblaze and Thornstar. She was glad that Ashpaw could come because what apprentice doesn't want to be on patrol with the leader? Plus Mintblaze mentioned she was going to take him out anyways so it was convenient. Her green eyes shifted over to Thornstar and wondered if he still wanted a hunting patrol going out as well. He mentioned earlier about a hunting patrol but since they were going out to check the marsh and for signs of new leaf, she wasn't sure. Quietheart decided not to say anything and if she found anything on the way she'd just catch it.

♔ The aging tom finally chose to make his trip worth his time, so he began to turn back around and search for some of the herb patches he had stumbled across while on his walk. The throbbing headache he had been suffering seemed to have lessened, but was still ever-so persistent.

♔ With a small smile at the apprentice's enthusiasm, Feathersnow lead the two of them out of the camp. The clearing she had in mind was the place she had trained at as a young apprentice herself, but the path there seemed like a whole different kind of training itself; it was a good thing she knew how to traverse it, though it was rather short. She would have to show Airpaw the safest way through once they got to that point.

He was tired from tree-hopping all day; it took more effort than it looked like it did. He padded over to the den and made a beeline for his nest, plopping down in it faster than you could say "Marshclan."

♔ "I, uh," Badgerpaw started with, his cheeks revealing a shade of pink, "you're w-welcome." He cast his gaze aside, away from Driftmoon, as a small smile appeared on his face. However, he took a peek back at the she-cat next to him and the expression dominated, filling his heart with joy. He actually managed to compliment her without chickening out! Score!

♔ The young apprentice let out a quiet whine at the warrior's words until she finally registered them. Thornstar personally requested that she accompany him on a patrol (with others, of course)? That was an offer to good to pass up, not that she could, anyways. Spottedpaw turned back to Bearpaw, her feline lips tilted downwards. "I guess that means I gotta go... see ya afterwards, Bearpaw!" she claimed, her frown transforming into more of a smile as she finished her sentence. Then she spoke to the other apprentice in the den after bounding out towards the patrol, all long legs and pure energy. "Come on, Frostpaw; this'll be kinda fun!"

Airpaw followed close to Feathersnow, excitement pricked in her belly as she looked around. She hadnt been out of camp much, only back when Wolfsong showed her and Bearpaw around the territory and once on a dawn patrol.

Driftmoon turned her head, the two sitting in silence for awhile. "Im gonna get something to eat.. um..
bye Badgerpaw." She said as she hurried away from the black and white tom. She grabbed a shrew from and pile and made her way over twards Mistfire, who was cooling himself off in the cool shade casted by the shadow of the elders den.

Quietheart looked at the apprentices and she was happy to see how excited they were. A soft smile grew on her face while she waited and watched. She just hoped none of the apprentices decided to become mischievous when they were out in the forest. Although Quietheart didn't think they would because they will want to please Thornstar, they were still young and curious. She knew because she used to be an apprentice and it's hard to ignore your curiosity, especially at that age.

♔ Once they got farther into the marsh, they encountered a fallen tree. Feathersnow did not remember it being there the last time she traveled through the clearing, so she assumed it was felled during Bareleaf due to the weight of the snow. The warrior was able to hop over it with ease, but was not so sure the young apprentice would be able to do the same. She turned around, her tail emphasizing her calm demeanor. "Just try to climb up it like you would anything else," she suggested as Airpaw approached.

♔ "Yeah, uh, good call," the young tom nodded, clearing his throat. "I should probably do that, too! Uh, soon. Probably. Airpaw nodded as she stuck her front paws into the bark, its soggy texture grossed her out. Her claws were still kitten-sharp and easily stuck into the softened wood. She scrambled her back legs onto it to where she was dangling off the ground before bringing her right paw up and higher into the bark, repeating this with her front paws until she was all the way up and over. She smiled "I did it!" She piped up, excited.

Sparrowclaw caught a silver tabby pelt out of the corner of his eye and turned to look. It was Silverdusk picking out a meal before laying down to eat. He padded over with a friendly tail wave. "Hello Silverdusk! How are your kits doing?"

Snowpaw stretched once more and exited the apprentice's den. She glanced around camp taking in who was coming and going and who was resting around. Among her clanmates, she spotted Thornstar heading out with a patrol. I hope they don't run into any trouble out there, she thought to herself as she picked a spot to sit down and continue to watch the camp activity. Snowpaw curled her fluffy tail neatly around her paws and settled in a comfortable position. She spotted her mentor eating and hoped that he didn't want her to do anything. She was feeling rather lazy today.

Bearpaw - Male - 6 moons - Location: Apprentice's Den - Tag: open

Bearpaw had been laughing at Spottedpaw's disgust before Quietheart poked her head in and called for Spottedpaw and Frostpaw. He nodded to Spottedpaw as she said goodbye, a little disappointed that he wasn't picked for the patrol. "Hm wonder what Airpaw is up to?" he spoke aloud to no one in particular.

Quietheart turned her gaze away from the apprentices and looked at Thornstar as he spoke. Once the leader finished his explanation of what they were going to do, the she-cat rose to her paws ready to go. It was pretty simple but she hoped that they wouldn't run into twolegs or dogs that twolegs would sometime bring. She disliked both but she hated dogs more because they posed a bigger threat and were very noisy when they are tied up.
