Pigeoncloud shook his head. "No, it's fine." He knew he was being stubborn, but what if the hawk beat the others and went after Pigeoncloud while Robinpaw was gone? He didn't want to risk anything. He glanced over at the cats fighting, who seemed to be handling it very well. "Have you ever tasted a hawk, Robinpaw?" He asked, trying to move past the subject of his injuries. He knew the answer was probably no, but he wasn't going to let the apprentice make so much fuss about the leg. Pigeoncloud was actually quite impressed at how logical Robinpaw was being. Many apprentices would be very 'freaked out' in this situation. There was an injured warrior and a giant hawk after all.

Robinpaw nodded and stayed crouched next to Pigeoncloud, watching the hawk intently as he was willing to at least try and keep it away from them if it decided to come their way. Ear twitching at the question, he glanced at the warrior for a moment. "No. This is my first time seeing one up close. But I won't run away from it." He was determined to be brave and face danger if he had to. The fur along his spine was fluffed up as his muscles were tense. Pigeoncloud was hurt and he would defend his clanmate if it came to it. "Have you?"

Minnowpaw

Everything seemed to freeze before me as I heard loud noises and my body stiffened in great horror, I felt trapped In a dark space as if I cant breathe or escape. The loud squawking burned its noise into my ears to the point I tried to block it out as much as possible, I felt so helpless standing here, wondering what it will take to snap me out of this phase of shock.

Pigeoncloud purred. "Yes, when I had only just become a warrior. It's quite unique." He said. He looked over at Minnowpaw, who he hadn't really noticed earlier. "Minnowpaw!" He called. "Are you alright?" He asked. She seemed frozen, a horrified look on her face as she stared at the hawk. He wanted to get up and shake her out of it, she seemed so terrified. This is what he had expected. Horror. Apprentices were always very... Shocked. When they saw something new. Perhaps the thunderpath, or a badger. He remembered the feeling well. "Robinpaw, can you comfort her please?" He asked.

"I can. I'll be back." The tom said as he stood and went over to Minnowpaw. Seeing the look on her face, he softly nudged her shoulder with his muzzle. "Minnowpaw? Do you want to come over to where Pigeoncloud is?" He asked with a slight tilt of his head. It was clear she was bothered by the hawk so he moved until he was slightly blocking her view to hopefully snap her out of being frozen in fear. "Are you alright?"

Aridstar kept a steady gaze with Flame. "Sure, but you are leaving in the morning" she said sternly, beginning to walk away. She stopped for a moment and looked back at Flame, "Oh yeah, and I will leave you to ponder on the subject of whether you know me or not." Aridstar continued walking again, she could barely hear hawk screeches in the distance. I hope everything is going okay. She stared in the distance of the hawk screeches, still as a statue.

Jaggedbreeze clung on to the hawk for her life, scratching wherever her paw landed. Feathers were going everywhere from the fighting. The hawk began putting up a fight, shaking its body to attempt to get the cats off. Jaggedbreeze had lost her footing and fell onto the hawks wing. The hawk shook its wing violently and Jaggedbreeze fell off almost immediately. She was able to wrap her upper body around the branch. She hung on for dear life, her back legs hanging freely. She was trying to lift her body up to get on the branch, but she was too tired from the fighting. If we make the hawk unbalanced, it can fall off the tree and get injured. But... our own cats can get injured in the process too. The hawk unknowingly stepped on Jaggedbreeze's head, clenching her with its sharp talons. Its talons dug into her neck and face. The hawk quickly lifted its foot off Jaggedbreeze. The pain caused her to lose grip of the branch. Her eyes widened and she batted the air with her paws in hope to catch something. A branch was in the way of her fall and her body hit that, a loud crack sounding as her body hit it. She fell on the ground with a thud, writhing in pain. There were deep punctures on her neck and a huge scratch starting from her nose, underneath her eye, and up to her ear. She was lucky to have the scratch miss her eye, but it did hit her nose. From hitting the branch, her jaw had broken. From hitting the ground, she had gotten lucky to only suffer the pain of hitting the hard earth.

Jaggedbreeze clawed the air in front of her, trying to find the ground. Once she did, she quickly got up. Blood was dripping from her wounds and her jaw was twisted at an awkward angle. She made her way through the searing pain and climbed back up the tree. Jaggedbreeze hopped back on the hawk and began attacking it at once. This time she was upside down on its wing. She dug her claws through its wing over and over, hearing multiple cracking noises. I never knew a birds wing was this fragile! I doubt it will be able to fly after this. She clung on harder this time, making sure not to fall off again. She used her back leg and kicked the hawks shoulder as hard as she could. It stopped moving and was obviously dislocated. The hawk let out a large screech of pain and bit Jaggedbreeze's exposed tail. She winced in pain and thought, Note to self, keep tail away from a predators reach. She hit the hawks head with her hind leg and it let go of her tail. Her tail had obviously broke in the hawk's strong clench, as it was bent unnaturally.

(lmao just someone knock the hawk with such force it falls off the branch and the cats jump off as that happens. then lets say the hawk breaks its neck as it hits the ground and dies?)

Owleyes sat across from her "I'm here to listen if you want to get anything out of your system." He paused for a few moments and added on to make her feel less pressured, "If you would prefer not to, I can leave." He gave a slight smile and awaited her response. I-It's possible its about my relationship with Littlesprout... They never seem to get along.
As soon as Littlesprout and I rubbed pelts, Shadewing suddenly seemed to lose energy and be like this.

Flame noticed a familiar cat walking up to him. "Uhm, well my den in far away and I would like to stay to see if Ashfeather is okay in the morning." He pondered longer on who the cat is, but eventually spoke about it, "Hey, I feel like I know you from somewhere..."

Hazestrike lifted his head off his paws, watching the patrol leave. Starclan, keep them safe. He looked away from where the patrol disappeared and diverted his attention to a small beetle crawling on his paw. He wasn't very fond of bugs so he flicked his paw, sending the insect flying away from him.

The tom was grooming his fur up in the camp. Bluegaze didn't have anything to do at the moment. Well he could go out hunting but later today he would. The male sighed softly before he stood up and watched the camp.

Paleface was still in the warriors den. It always was a struggle to pad outside. She was hairless, a freak, a mistake. Her clanmates had mocked her before and called her ugly. All she cats were pretty except her. Why would anyone want to love a cat like her? She was a fool for liking a tom out of her league. Paleface laid down in her nest before she looked around and tried to sleep her emotions away.

Viperpaw was out in the territory just strolling around and humming to himself. He had always enjoyed taking small walks just to relax and enjoy the territory. The apprentice liked it more during the night. He eventually stopped and rested and groomed himself up.

She was laying down at the border looking over. The she cat had never crossed the border before as she respected the clan. Eirikur stood up before she looked around tempted a bit. She was hungry and she couldn't find any prey on her side and now, she may have to cross the border for the first time. Of course she didn't want to but still.

Max was resting outside of his den close to the clan border. He was the more known tom for picking on the clan and causing trouble. He even accidentally made a she cat fall for him but that's okay, she passed away four moons ago. The tom yawned before standing up just trying to wake himself up for the day. As usual, he slept... a lot.

Laying on her side, the she-cats tail flicked from side to side as she enjoyed the sunshine on her white fur. It felt nice to relax for once but wondered if she should go hunting. Sadly, her white fur made it a challenge but it did help when their was snow on the ground. For now, she would enjoy this quiet moment and stay in camp in case she was needed.

'Where was the patrol?' Claws digging into the dirt, she hated waiting to see when the others would return. She was worried about her cousin, Robinpaw, but couldn't do much. She hadn't been old enough to join and even if she had been, her paw might slow her down. Tail lashing from side to side across the ground, her green gaze landed on a boss ball and she lightly batted it as she had nothing else to do. Maybe she should just practice pouncing and stalking with it in the meantime.

"Jaggedbreeze!" Pigeoncloud screeched. There was a sickening crunch and she was still for a moment, before getting up again. "Great starclan! What a mousebrain!" He hissed to himself. He shook his head. It was his fault the hawk was doing this. He needed to fix it. He stared at the other helpless warriors for a moment, then attempted to get up. He stumbled and fell to the ground. The tom let out a yelp of pain, but tried again. He stood there on three legs for a moment. "Hawk!" He screeched. The bird seemed to notice, but it didn't stop flailing. "You shall not win this battle!" He yelled. Pigeoncloud stepped side to side, distracting it. His tail motioned at Robinpaw to go to the tree it was in. Hawks couldn't understand tail motions, right? He continued his movements, staring the animal in its cold beady eyes. "What's wrong? Cat got your tongue?" He called, smirking.

Hollyheart looked around camp. She hadn't been told what to do and she didn't want to leave camp on her own. She spotted Bluegaze standing around doing nothing, so she padded up to him. "Hey. Want to go hunting?" She asked. Hunting would be good. They might run into the hawk patrol. Hollyheart had begged to go, but they said she should protect camp. It was clear to her now that the patrol probably found the hawk and she wouldn't need to stay.

The hawk was not willing to give up and he watched in horror when Jaggedbreeze was attacked by the hawk and fell out of the tree. The sickening crack was rather loud and he flinched at the sound. Was she alright? Despite the fact that she had just fallen out of the tree and was bleeding, she climbed right back up and went for it's wing. "Jaggedbreeze get ready to dodge!" He yowled as she carefully balanced on the branch he was crouched on. The birds wing was limp and obviously injured so now was the perfect time to attack. Crouching down, he swiftly jumped onto the branch the bird was currently on and used his bulkier frame to slam into the bird and knock it off. Claws digging into the bark to stop himself from falling off, he moved to try and hook his paw around Jaggedbreeze to make sure she didn't fall of a second time.

Seeing Pigeoncloud trying to distract the hawk, he felt worried as he didn't want the bird to attack him. Noticing the signal, he was about to dart up the tree but noticed the hawk suddenly getting knocked into. Was it going to fall to the ground? He stayed put, not wanting to get knocked out of the tree in case it did.
