I haven't really messed with the rules much since the shelter started but the staff and I decided to give 'em a light touching up.
We've added a new rule: If the second parent belongs to another user we now require screenshots of proof, not just quotes.

You can go here and read them over. It's mostly just reorganization and clarification of outstanding rules. Feel free to shoot me or our mod AlmondBark a message if you have questions.

Whooo lots of new stuff. Staff and I have decided to implement a new thing in breeding.

--> Mutations have a 10% chance of passing. The chimeric mutation has a 1% chance of occurring. Mutations will be rolled only if the parent has them. Chimera will be rolled for in every litter unless you ask that we don't in your form.

We hope this makes things a bit more interesting. We may at one point add items to the store for increased chances in percentages or auto-pass items. We hope you like the change. ^^

One, our fall event is up! Be ready for some special items and even more extraordinary adopts.



And two, competitions are nearly up and running again. dave and I need to get plaques finished but other than that everything is ready. Give us a little bit on that and it'll be open to the public again.
