Dunny- District 12
Dunny looked out of the rushing train windows nervously. He looked through all the clothes that had been left in the draw in his room. 'His' he thought bitterly 'until they start trying to kill me.' He was surprised by the variety of the styles of clothes. He hesitantly picked out loose fitting cameo pants, jacket, and a pale olive green long sleeved t-shirt. He pulled off the clothes that were likely the last he would see of his home. He looked in a mirror on the wall, never really looking at himself for any length of time before. He liked the way the clothes made him feel, almost new. He sat down on the bed with a sigh.

Kin- District 2
Kin smirked and jumped off his bed. The new clothes, tributes always get new clothes. He yanked open the draw violently and was pleasantly surprised when he found an outfit made for him. He put the other clothes from on-top onto the floor in messy piles. He pulled the tight fitting leather black pants on and the matching top and jacket. The new underwear and clothes were pleasantly supple. He laid back on the bed and started at the ceiling.

Tony-10
Tony looked out the window absent-mindedly wondering which two he would have to watch slaughtered this time. He had got a brief look at them. Their names were... He struggled to remember. The names came to him. Helado Oscura and Aster Grey. They didn't look any thing special but he hadn't had a chance to meet them properly yet.

Aster looked up, her silver hair swaying as her sparkling green eyes fell upon Tony. She guessed vaguely that he would be her and Helado's mentor; he seemed friendly enough by his expression, with a little humor hidden under there somewhere, but it did nothing to relieve the immense weight she felt on her chest. She had changed out of her pale blue reaping dress and was wearing a light green blouse and a pair of durable light capris. She hugged her knees to her body, resting her cheek against them. She sighed deeply, like the rustling of the pages in a book. Without looking at Tony, she said "So you're our mentor, I guess." without any detectable enthusiasm.
DISTRICT 10

Lyra's eyes, heavy with sorrow, fell upon her tributes, Elysa and Dunny. Not two bad looking kids, she wearily thought to herself. She knew already that they would grow dear to her over these next few weeks. She smoothed her long skirt and smiled brightly, hiding her pain in all but her eyes. "Hello. I'm Lyra Ignis, and I'm your mentor for this year's Hunger Games."
DISTRICT 12

Tony- District 10
Tony nodded, "yeah." he paused unsure of what to say or how to say it. "I'm sorry." he told them, "About you dying." he stopped shocked at how blunt he had been."I didn't mean..." he spluttered out trailing off and deciding to quit whilst he was behind. He hadn't even introduced himself. He dropped his head. "I'm Tony, by the way. " he told them under his breath, barely audiable with a frown.

Aster laughed at Tony's blunt remark. She didn't mind it. She knew it was true anyway. She unfolded her knees and sat down properly, wanting to at least make a good first impression. She knew this was going to affect whether or not she got sponsors for the Games. " Nice to meet you. I'm Aster," she said, standing up and offering her hand for a handshake. "and it's all right. I know I'm probably going to die. But hey, might as well go out with a fight, eh?"
DISTRICT 10

[Annalee]

Angler Sea-District 4
"So our mentor is Izo, right?" Angel asked her brother, Bett. He nodded and she shook her head. "Great. Just what we needed. He doesn't have any experience. All of his students have died." Angel ranted, losing her temper. She stood up, pacing from one side of the car to the other. What were they going to do? They had to make a plan. They weren't going to die. Or at least he wasn't. She would not let her brother die.
"I wish that we could just leave this all. Leave it all behind. Go somewhere else, somewhere where President Snow does not have reign over the people."

Betta Sea-District 4
"Do you really think that there is such a place?" he asked. Angel threw her hands up in the air and shook her head in defeat. Bett watched as she sat down, hoping that she was not losing her sanity.
Their escort then entered the room. Catherine had teal colored hair and bright green eyes. Everything about her screamed capitol. "I'm so excited! I know that you guys are going to win. I can't believe this! My first Hunger Games! As an escort, I mean. I've told all of my friends about you guys! They all agree that you are going to win!" The escort sat down, babbling about nonsense, about unimportant things. Didn't she know that only one of us would win?

Catherine-District 4
Catherine crossed her legs in her seat in he car, her back straight, her hands folded on her knees. She told the twins all about how they were going to win, and that she already knew some people that would sponser them. "So, where's Izo?" she eventually asked.

Selena-District 2
Selena sat there, curled in a ball, and thought about her tributes. They were going to die. But she had to think positively. For them. She had to put on a good face for them. She would do her best to get them through. She wouldn't let them die. But if they did, it was just another group of kids. They came and they went. Only one survived a year, and it was never one of her kids. She had been mentoring since she was 17 (ever since her mentor died), three years after she survived her Hunger Games. This was her fourth year mentoring, and she still had yet to bring one of her students through. She thought of all six children that had died under her mentoring. She couldn't handle it. Couldn't handle the pressure. A scream escaped her lips, tears once again flowing down her cheeks. She bit her lip, trying to deal with everything, with all of her hardships, through the pain.

[Queen of Chaos]

Helado looked up at Tony. "Uh... Im... Helado..." He quietly murmured to his chest with his hair still clutched between his index finger and his thumb. He wasn't much for talking, even though he was probably going to die at the Cornucopia possibly. He ignored Aster's question about Tony being their mentor, his advice would probably just be "stay alive" or something like that, that would be probably the most obvious advice to give to a Tribute in the Games.
DISTRICT 10

"I kind of felt it coming... It's like the calm before the storm type of thing. It seems to run in our family. Like my mother, she had the 'calm before the storm feeling' when one of her friends was picked to play in the Games..." Lily replied while continuing to stare out of the train's window and twiddling her thumbs. She didn't really wanted to make eye contact right now, because she knew that Otto would probably kill her in the arena.
DISTRICT 7

Aster shook hands with Tony, smiling. She tried to put on an air of confidence around her to hide the nervous fear she felt, to hide the tremble of her heartbeats like paper fluttering in the wind. Helado didn't seem to care about his image right now, but she couldn't blame him. They were knowingly walking into their own deaths to the cheers of naiive crowds, decorated up like ornaments, like pawns the captiol was using to accomplish their goals. She went and sat down by Helado, one corner of her mouth turned down. "You know you're going to have to try harder than that," she said quietly.
DISTRICT 10

Otto nodded, his brown hair ruffling. "I honestly thought that my older brother Chris would get picked, he put in his name about fifteen extra times for extra food..." his voice caught when he started thinking about his brother, and his familiy, how he would never see them again...
DISTRICT 7

A small girl sat perched on a seat, watching as everything she knew and loved disappeared behind her in a blur. She wrung her hands in front of her, wrapping her arms around her legs as she pulled her knees to her chest. The train rocked back and forth, adding to the churning of her own stomach.

"Goodbye, District 9," Avery murmured softly, pale hair falling in front of her face to shield her form the outside world. She didn't know where the other tribute from her district was, and she honestly didn't care about this point. Her mind was filled with thoughts of her family, of the loved ones she would never see again. How were they holding up? How was her little sister, Hallie? What about Jordan? Or her poor, poor father?

Avery shook herself violently, throwing the thoughts from her mind. Don't think of them, you'll only make it worse. She hugged herself even tighter, watching dismally as the scenery raced passed her.

District 9

Dunny- District 12
Dunny nodded at his mentor and introduced himself. "Well i guess you know that I'm Sadeeki Dunforth, but no-one calls me that. I go by Dunny." he told her wondering if she would figure his nickname came from his last name. He looked at her all dressed in her long skirt and could see she suffered just as all the mentors did. Watching tributes die year after year. She was trying to be strong and not let her pain show. He would like her, he could tell. He offered his hand out politely to be shook.

Kin- District 2
Kin sat up smartly when he heard the troubles cries. They sounded like a girl, no a woman. They sounded as if they were coming from the carriage next door. He almost wanted to forget about her but couldn't. Even through his troubles he was sensitive to others feelings. He swung his legs around and off the side of the bed. He pulled down the top that had risen up to reveal his mid-drift. He slowly eased open the door and looked and found the source of the sobbing. A young woman was sat curled tight into a ball. He had never really thought of the stress on the mentors. Not as much as I'll be under, he thought to himself dryly.

Tony-10
Tony could see the desperate struggles both children were going through in an attempt to resign themselves to their fate. "She's right." he told Helado with a sad smile to her, "there is a chance, however slim, that one of you will live through this." He thought of the statistics 1/24 chance, defiantly not in their favour. He certainly didn't give them any delusions, they were most likely going to die. And it would probably be a slow and painful death. He needed to know about them, as much as he could. "Strengths. Weaknesses. Any thing else important." he growled the words out unhappily, like a drill sergeant.

[Queen of Chaos]

"Ehh... Sorry. I guess," Helado replied while raising his voice to his normal talk voice. "Just... Well you know." He said while rubbing his right shoulder with his left hand. He didn't really want to talk anybody right now, not even his fellow tribute or mentor. He yawned and almost started to fall asleep. He couldn't sleep last night at all because nightmares kept him up.
DISTRICT 10

"None of my family would possibly be reaped. They're either too old or dead either from previous game's or natural reasons." Lily replied with a hint of sigh in her voice. She was usually sad because of that and nothing would cheer her up.
