Username || I'm Shadow.Flame, a very active member in the foxerfly community.This foxerfly caught my eye and is absolutely stunning! I adore the tail and he coloring and the crystal wings just add on to the beauty. Why?|| I kept the name because it suits the character I have in mind for her, as well as being a simple and fitting name for her overall. I didn't feel the need to change it, as it was a beautifully picked name for a poetic literature based character.

At the moment, she isn't aware of her talent. She knows that's she's skilled with literature, but has never really done much other than that. Never has she written about something that she would imagine could actually happen. She gets 'ideas' that spark her imagination, where she writes pages upon pages of stories. Little does she know that what she writes about is either actually happening, or is something about to happen.
Future Charm || An ink pen

A metallic looking pen with a chinese dragon wrapped around it. It's actually usable, and she commonly unclips it from her collar to use. She has it as a pendant on her blue and silver studded collar so it doesn't drag around, and it can always stay close to her. It's able to change color based if she so wishes.





Personality || Sonnet is a quiet girl with an overactive imagination. From the moment she could comprehend language, she strung words of all kinds to create stories that could whisk you away on an adventure, tug on your heartstrings to make you cry, or invoke such fear you wouldn't be able to sleep for months. Sonny is an artist in her mind, an artist that paints the world with letters. She has a dedication to everything she does, it's hard to get her to get off of something once she's set on it. She doesn't care what others think of it say about her, she never has and never will. If you manage to catch her at a time where she isn't reading or writing, she's probably doing some odd thing that ties to her writing. Sonnet would much rather trot through cemeteries and look at the last names for a character than go to the movies with friends (which she can be pretty critical about if they don't follow the book) or doing some fun sporting activity. In fact, she wholeheartedly believes that the characters in books are her friends, and that reality is just a barrier keeping her from these adventures. Sonnet is a dreamer as well, and has such high hopes that she doesn't think that she can be shot down. She never gives her hopes up, her optimism always shining through. It's amusing to listen to Sonnet, as her positivity seems to always brighten someone else's day. She's a bit of a clutz, always getting "attacked by the ground" as she says, but never seems to let it drag her down. She just laughs, usually joined in by others, and goes on with her day. She isn't very organized with her thoughts, and her penmanship is actually quite sloppy. Overactive thinkers like her tend to be a bit more scattered, as these ideas flow from her head and she rushes to get it down on paper. She can't help herself!

Sonnet has some particularly odd quirks, as does everyone. For one, she speaks of different poem lyrics and such. She constantly quotes shakesphere, one of her favorite poets to ever have existed. She also very much enjoys edgar allen poe, despite the dark feel he has to his poems. Sonnet also has a habit of sneaking around and scaring people, randomly appearing and nobody ever really noticing until she pipes up. She walks lightly on her feet, not on purpose though, she has always been a quiet girl. Aside from the reciting of shakesphere and the odd popping around to scare others, Sonnet has a nasty habit of biting her lips or cheek when she's nervous. She doesn't notice it until it's too late, yet she never remembers how it happens or why. The final quirk that Sonnet has is her odd ability to fall asleep anywhere. Seriously, she can pass out wherever she is. She's been found sleeping on the floor of the kitchen, in a cabinet in the bathroom (presumably from a game of hide and seek), and even sprawled out on her floor, face down with pages all around her.

Sonnet has an intense love of all things mythology and more, absolutely adores it. She spends a lot of her time huddled in the library, researching everything there is to research about mythological creatures and deities, always trying to think of ways to incorporate them into her story. She claims now that she will go creature hunting, and wants to become a cryptozoologist one day, rather than an author. Sonnet also adores just about all things nature, the only think being excluded is the snow. She has a tiny hoard of cool looking leaves and berries in the corner of her room, the leaves pressed into a notebook and berries in jars.





Accessories ||

Glasses || Sonnet is basically blind without these glasses, without them everything is a blur. They're large black glasses that are constantly sliding down her face, probably a tad too big for her right now. She despises he idea of contacts, so these will have to do for now.
Silver Heart locket || The silver heart locket was a gift from Drew!
Beanie || because yes.
Backpack/Bag of sorts || Sonnet has her own bag that she carries almost everywhere, it never leaves her side and is quite rare to see her without it. The bag contains her laptop, whatever book she's reading, her dictionary, pepper spray, and a ton of snacks and wrappers.
