Shadow Flitz (Singular; Shadow Flit) are a long bodies species that have long since lost their hind legs, tail, and eyes to the power of the shadow and have replaced them with mold-able wispy appendages. these large, friendly beasts have been recently tamed to be ridden by humans and anthros alike. They have large, wide front paws, long pointed ears, and short, smooth fur. They can be naturally found in dark caves, wetlands, or thick forests. however have also been spotted in pastures while hunting. They are carnivores- meaning they are only meant to eat meat and they often prey on birds, deer, rodents, and bats.

Story:
He has watched his planet fall and crumble before him due to mankind's toxic chemicals. The red paint markings splashed across his short coat are one of the few things that remain of his old homeland, before chemical slush ran through the cracked streets. The overwhelming release of chemicals and toxins have caused those who haven't died off to mutate. Food is often scarce, proving even harder to hunt as rabbits have now evolved to have wings, birds with teeth and other new dangerous genes.
However, few humans remain. He has smelt them, seen them from his quiet forest across the city. They call him Radium.
There is no uncontaminated food in their city. They must cross into the forest, however a vast stream of chemical waste separates them from the forest and therefore any chance of catching food. Unlike the humans, Radium can cross through the chemical waste without it dissolving his flesh, for his genetics differ from the humans. Radium has seen the humans with little metal objects that if aimed correctly could knock a flying rabbit or toothed bird from the sky. It appears that they need each other o survive this harsh new world. But would they ever be able to trust each other?

Wow! Definitely didn't see this coming! Thank you SO much! He is absolutely perfect and I love him! I gotta admit, I got a little carried away with his story and I've enjoyed writing it! Ill probably have to add more to it later
