FireFeather nodded to LilacPaw, about to go ask about ColdPaw, when his mate approached.
"BreezeFire! Hey, have you seen ColdPaw? I meant to take him out training this morning and I can't find him and LilacPaw doesn't know where he is either..." he took a deep breath and smiled. "Perhaps if we did get something to eat we could ask others going to the fresh-kill pile.."
He looked around the camp. Strangely it seemed he wasn't the only one a tad distressed about it. He wasn't sure exactly how he felt, but it was somewhere between upset and concerned.
He saw the leader padding beside his son SoulPaw. Perhaps he would be a leader someday himself. He hoped the thought would ease him a tad, but it didn't work so well.

Blossomkit heard her father's voice and quickly turned around to see him. "Blastclaws!"The kit rushed over to him. "Will you show me any hunting tricks?"She asked avoiding the question.

"Why did you think I asked?" he retorted, realizing his voice was a little cold. He figured Echo was already used to his sharp-tongue, but his tail curled in slight embarrassment. His gaze drifted across the clan once more, looking for any sign on Batfang. "Perhaps he went on dawn patrol."

(changing my vote from abstaining to Mapelpetal. It seemed in the kill that Coldpaw was quite close to the killer, and comfortable enough to ask for help, even if he was embarrassed about it. Another clue hinting to Maplepetal was the fact that the killer "tenderly smiled" at Coldpaw, which is with affection. Obviously as his mother she would be affectionate towards him, and I feel Aphid wouldn't be so forward in affections.)

"I Wonder were he is? I haven't seen him this morning..." she meowed to robinfeather. and scanned the camp, hoping to see him anywhere.

Shiverkit

The young kit woke up with a stretch, not caring too much that she had slept late. After all, she was able to sleep in! No matter how close Shiverkit may be, she wasn’t an apprentice just yet. Glancing around, she noticed the complete lack of siblings around her. Confused, the kit padded outside to have the stench of fear strike her nose. “Wh-what’s going on?”, she mewed, ears flattening. Running over to one of the warriors she squeaked, “Firefeather, why is everyone so scared?”

Whitekit didnt expect to wake up to anything interesting. In her personal opinion, being a kid would be one of the most boring times in her future warrior life. Whitekit looked around and saw less than four other figures. Whitekit, excited, hurried out of the den and wasn't too surprised to see other cats out and about.
