[The Evil Queen]

From the moment they first met something special was created.
It all started at the Dog Sanctuary Volunteer Orientation night.
The six of them had gotten distracted by all the dogs and got
left behind by the rest of the group on accident. So the group
then spent the next hour looking for the rest of the future
volunteers. And that's how the Mutts began. The Kansas Dog Sanctuary
has now been relocated out of state, but the group still lives on.
The six of them spend most of their time together and always with
their dogs. The Mutts have now decided to go on road trip. For a
month. Six teens and six dogs all in one RV for a month.

1. Tess's Rules Apply.
2. You may have up to 2 characters. One dog and one human per person. Realistic faceclaims only.
3. No Mary/Gary Sues, No God Modding, Powerplaying, ect.
4. Reservations last 24 hours.
5. Dogs can speak to other dogs, but not humans.
6. Don't start major drama without pming me first.
7. Please make your characters between the ages of 15-19.
8. Please use proper grammar. A few misspellings is fine but no ‘test speak’ (Ex:Omg, gtg, ttyl).
9. Please try to post at least 3 sentences/lines. I understand if you don’t all the time, I get writer’s block as well.
10. Please do not roleplay as your own dog/guardian.
11. Post all forms on the discussion thread.

Ivory sighed as she folded her favorite black cardigan to out in her bag. The girl had been anxious about the big road trip for the past week. She tried to take a deep breath as the sound of her heart pounding rang throughout her ears. As the brunette reached for another pair of leggings she could visibly see her fingers trembling. Choosing to ignore her shaking hands, she continued to pack as worries cloud her mind. They were irrational fears, but that didn't make them any less frightening to Ivory. Softly, the girl stroked Luka's head for comfort. She gave the dog a faint nervous smile before walking away. As much as she would love to drop everything and just spend time with Luka, the rest of the group would be here any minute. Using both hands, she tucked her hair behind her ears on both sides as she walked up to her mirror hanging on the wall. The outfit she had chosen today consisted of black ankle-high converse, a red cardigan with a white tank top, and black skinny jeans. Along with her lucky paw-print necklace. Ivory exhaled deeply as she looked at herself in the mirror. Her fear was clearly painted on her face, something Ivory hated about having anxiety. Quickly, she returned to packing for the trip. Glancing up in her closet, she immediately found the next item she was looking for. It was Luka's favorite bags of treats. Ivory grabbed the short ladder she kept in the corner of her bedroom. When you're only 5'2", it helps to have a ladder available at all times. She stepped up on the ladder, grabbing the last thing she needed and quickly placing them in her bag. It appeared she was now completely packed and ready to go. Feeling her nerves build back up, she walked over to Luka and stroked her with a smile on her face. "It can't be that bad right?" Ivory asked, mostly to herself, but still looked at Luka as she asked. "At least I'll have you."

Timber shifted through her bag again, taking things out to look over what she had before stuffing it back in neatly and adding things she noticed she had missed. She peeked into the small makeup bag as well, moving small bottles and tubes of different shades of lipstick around a bit while looking over to make sure she didn't miss anything there either. The bold difference of her makeup had made her feel more confident when she was younger and experimenting with what she liked. It just stuck. Though she seems pretty confident at all times without it. In fact she wore her usual bright red lipstick and black winged eyeliner with now, dressed with a pair of her favorite high-rise black skinny jeans covered in rips, a loose, white crop top stating "Support your local Girl Gang", and a worn-looking black leather jacket that had been decorated with various patches like a few stating that aliens and other myths were real, pictures of skulls, dark red flowers, and on the back was a large skeleton hand showing the peace sign. The girl looked over the zipped up bags and leaned down to pet Liri's ears and press a quick kiss to the top of the dogs head before leaving the room to gather a few extra things that she thought were more important than the things she'd packed. Things for Delirious. She scooped up a few of the Malinois's favorite toys and chew things to keep him busy on the RV, just in case, and a box of the dog's treats. Along with snatching the last package of TimTams for herself. She tucked Liri's items into a black bag decorated with different colors of paw prints and her snack into her bag before slinging one bag to one shoulder and starting back out of her room with Delirious at her heels. Once she announced she was leaving to her father she left the house, closing and locking the door one Liri was out and started for her slightly beat up truck where she held open the door for her furry friend and encouraged him to jump inside. "Good boy! Now, sit in your seat and we're off." Timber chuckled and rubbed his ear before closing the door and hopping in on the driver's side. Once the bags were in the back and she was buckled in, the girl brought the truck to life and started off down the road with a glance to the given address only a few times to make sure she was even headed the right way.

kira felt she was completely ready for this trip. she had packed everything she needed in to a black backpack, and was sure to bring enough food and treats for her darling alpha. after changing into a pair of jeans and a grey graphic tee, kira called for alpha, and made her way to her car. she was supposed to meet ivory at her house, which shouldn't prove too much trouble. kira had the address pre inputted into her GPS. as the girl slid into the driver seat, she looked over at the dog bed on the shotgun seat, as she waited for her furry friend to join her. she treated that pup like royalty. anything alpha got, he got, and kira had no problem with that. alpha was her life, and she was more than happy to indulge her dog.

luka followed by ivory's side each time she moved to a new place, obediently waiting until the others came. she could tell her human was anxious, any dog could see her worries about their upcoming trip. as ivory reached down to pet her, luka affectionately licked her hand and pushed her nose into her palm. there was much the dog wished to tell her human, but the two could only communicate so well. luka's ears perked up as she took a seat pressed on against her human's legs, trying to tell her it'd be okay. she'd be there the whole time. her lime green service vest was a telltale sign of her job as her human's companion. but luka felt her care went beyond medical attention. they truly were good friends.
