The rares list doesn't factor demand, just straight worth.

Actually, the current list factors in demand (it's even stated on the front page), people just like to re-apply it again creating double demand and a big mess on the way. a list that does not factor in demand is being worked on but we don't know when it will be finished. I'm guessing on the new list, the red ceberus will be below the liontails since they are a whole year apart. <:

So my dark leopard can be worth a red cerb?

I doubt anyone at the moment will be willing to do this kind of trade since the red cerberus has been going for insane (and I mean, insane) overpay. it was just a store pet like all others- it costed 20 C$ in the store, it's not that rare. It's not worth more than a patchwork or punk dog by rarity. Yet it's going for nons because of the weird way demand is being applied especially at the moment with the confusion regarding how the rares list works. Maybe in the future things will be different.
Either way people may not like getting a dark leopard for their red cerberus, since leopards are re-released whilst cerbs are not. a liontail for a red cerberus however, that's a whole different story- since both are store pets that do not get re-released.

Id say it's unfair with the Aussie demand wise.

The horse on their side is a September list, but it has bad demand and cannot goo for fair trades. I would much rather keep the rares! So personally, I would cancel this trade.
