lion's backstory -

at a young age lion was a loner named ginger. his father abandoned his mother and left her to raise ginger and his siblings, he had two sisters. one day when they were hunting they found echo wondering around in the forest and decided it would be best to let her join their little group. ginger and echo grew really close to each other and they were best friends. one day, ginger and echo came back home from hunting and found his mother and sister dead, they were killed by a fox. ginger and echo ran until they found swiftclan. they trained for a bit and in this time lionpaw met two apprentices named amberpaw and sweetpaw. he took a liking to both of them and had a huge crush on sweetpaw. they became warriors, respectively named lionclaw and echostream. they became assigned mates and though they loved each other, lionclaw always found himself longing for sweetbriar's attention. he eventually found substitute in a loner named petal who happened to look a lot like sweetbriar. echostream and lionclaw had one kit named goldenkit but around the time goldenkit became goldenpaw they decided to break off their mateship. they were assigned to different mates and lionclaw soon began to lose most of his romance feelings for sweetbriar, instead falling head over heels for amberleaf. (now we are in the present lol)
