Pet's name: Gelata
ALRIGHT. As many of you have already guessed, this is my doggo. This is Gelata, okay? You happy now? I really should do something about my art style, since it seems it's too obvious and people immediately say it's mine, due to that. You just wait for next year!
I had a real struggle with this palette at first. I love briiiight colors, blue, green, red, all that jazz. Then we get a palette with brown. Just.... Brown. It was horrible for me. At first. I had a hard time figuring out what to do with such a 'boring' palette and when I felt I had an idea, another staff presented their pupper, with similar design.
Eventually I just random doodled and then built onto it, until I got this lady out of it. Then I got her colored and you know what? She is one of my fav pets of mine today. So you can be surprised.

It's really just a name. No ref.
3. "my dog is not deer related this year :p"
Self explanatory. She is not a deer.
4. "This is so genius, that it deserves a hint! Though it might be heart to figure out,
even though it's right there."

5. "Does your pup grow into it's second stage(aka newborn to pup) within the first 1-2 weeks of september?" "Indeed it does"
They pretty much all did, so?
6. "I can say it's not another animal this year. I took a hot and cold approach to my dog this time"
The hair is inspired from two colored soft serve ice cream (cold), while the body pattern is inspired from chocolate lace, on cakes (hot).
7. "I wonder if the rest of the group got something to say about your accusations!"

8. Pets named: "Or me?", "You", "Want", "A", "Hint?", "And", "Me", "Then", "Look", "Try",
No one seemed to notice I had even rewritten these and made it shorter, to help you all out? But yea. You were supposed to look at the two pets called "Me" and "Or me". Gelata got hair accessories, just like them.
9. "Have your precious hint then!" followed by a picture of Katy Perry from the song Hot n Cold
Reference to it being based on something cold and hot.
10. "Does your pup have a creative eye color? (eg something else than blue, green or brown)" "That would be a no then. No two-eye colors."
Blue eyes!
11. "Does urs have a specific pattern?" "It does have one specific pattern on the body, that was inspired by its theme."
The chocolate lace pattern.
12. "So you can have another hint." followed by gif of Katy Perry in California Girls (refering to sweets)
More sweet stuff hint.
13. "I would say definitely female. Or a very feminine male? I don't judge. And this one ain't going into the sea. Staying on land."
Well, as said, you can see this as a fine lady or a fancy gentleman. I do view her as female and no ladies splash around in the sea.
14. "Mine has colored lineart, just like the past few years."
Derp.
15. "Mine has tail edits too."
Well clearly?
16. "Alright, I'm being mean xD Have a hint:Ooohhhhhhh aaa VEry merry unbirthdaaaay to me!"
I was very puzzled and surprised in all this dove stuff that was happening with this hint, despite me thinking it would be an obvious one?? But the song is a reference to the Unbirthday Song from Alice in Wonderland. Performed at the time, when Alice meets the Mad Hatter and the March Hare at a tea party.
This lady loves her milk tea, together with her cake.
17. "Wonder what ideas you can get from this~ Might be obvious. Might be subtle. Might be a ref. Think think think~"
You were supposed to look at the pretty bows~
18. "Kan du gætte hvem jeg er" (in signature translates to "can you guess who I am")

The icing is a hint to the chocolate lace pattern.
