We don't hire artists the same way we hire mods. Usually admins pick them out when we need more artists. If you aspire to be an official artist I can only recommend posting your art on CS as often as you can.

I've seen similar questions asked, but I couldn't find this specific one.

I've attended several cons in Singapore. I didn't go to any this year but I am very likely going to Anime Festival Asia in a few months.

I've put it in when I was applying for an internship, making art for a website was relevant and made me look good. I did get the internship and made art for their app.

do any of you like weird combinations of food? like - ketchup in spaghetti or anything like that?

I don't know anyone else who puts sugar on their pancakes. people tell me I am weird for mixing coke and sprite but I don't think that's strange at all. It feels like it should be the most common combination if you decide to mix soda.

what languages can you speak? what languages are you learning?

English and Turkish, but I am illiterate in Turkish. I never had any lessons, I only learnt to speak from listening to my parents.

I use a mix of SAI and FireAlpaca, with a slightly older model (~2 years old) of the Wacom Intuos Pen and Touch.

There's a Trick Or Treat thing in a nearby state park that my godmother takes her grandson to, so I'll probably join along. I might even dress up this year for the fun of it.
On Hallowe'en, I might do as I did last year and go to haunted houses with the person I've been seeing. They seemed to enjoy my dorkiness as the workers did their best to try to scare me, lol.

I'm from Denmaaark And I have lived here my entire life, but I have considered moving to the US a couple of times *cough*ifitwasn'tsodamnhardtogetin*cough*

To any staff: When you joined the team, what was your first thing to ever do as a staff member?

When I first joined, I actually got a position that doesn't exist anymore. I was a mod for the International Board. When it was first made, it was decided it needed mods, who lived in different timezones and knew several languages, so it was easier to keep track of what people was writing and if it was against the rules.

I love wolves, deers, peacocks and owls.

I only use Paint Tool Sai and I have a Cintiq 13hd It was so expensive, but soooo good!

Well, Halloween is not really a thing here xD So I guess I'm going to work. Maybe watch a horror movie or two.

Oh, LOTS of times. I have been a steady con guest since 2004. Especially as of the latest years, I have become a volunteer at J-Popcon. The biggest con we have here in Denmark. I help organize the Artist Alley there and has done so for 3 years.

Well, a lot of people consider it weird, that I put remoulade on top of leverpostej (both are danish foods, derp.) Leverpostej is like a paste made of a pigs liver, that usually goes on rye bread. A foie gras sort of thing. Remoulade is a condiment. It's basically mayo, but has added curry and chopped cabbage to it. The 'standard' to put on leverpostej is usually slices of cucumber or pickled beetroot.

what languages can you speak? what languages are you learning?

Danish is my mother tongue and due to that, I sort of know Swedish and Norwegian too. The languages are very alike, so we're usually able to understand each other. I of course know English and German too. I sort of understand basic Spanish, since my stepmother speaks it to me.

nah, CS is basically my life. I've tried getting into other pet sites; wajas, neopets, flight rising, goatlings, um theres more than that but I'm going blank. I never lasted very long on any of them. I tried really hard with flight rising, that was probably the closes to becoming as big to me as CS, but in the end I always return to my one true love CS. I'm content to just hang out on here. Also all the currency and rare items I got on FR has now made me rich on here after I quit c:

No, I'd really like to but??? I'm soo nervous about that type thing. There would be so many people, and?? ahh. My sister went to one here in florida the past two years and wants to go again next year. I've been seriously debating going with her but...just thinking about it is nerve-wracking. She also wants to cosplay and idk that I'd be able to do that aha.

How has becoming a part of Chicken Smoothie's staff changed your life?

Oh man um, I think I'm a lot more open now honestly. More willing to talk to people? Thats always been my toughest thing with my anxiety. I like to think I've also gotten a lot better at interacting with users from a helper-type position, more confident in myself. Which, again, something I've always had trouble with. Just being able to do this, made me realize I really love to? Like more than I had know that before. Its part of the reason I'm now pursuing a job where I'd be helping people all the time with problems a lot like the ones we get a GHs ^^

Also candy corn with probably be involved. Otherwise though I will probably sit at home and maybe decide I should watch some halloween movie cause...its halloween I guess?? I haven't actually gone out on halloween in...a long time. Florida isn't the best place to be outside at night. Lots of misquotes. I guess everywhere else its too cold for bugs at that point but this is florida we're talking about here. what the heck is cold. I shouldn't say that I'm freezing at like 69 degrees

favorite UR?

I think the cinnabun wins by default just cause its the only one I ever actually tried to trade for. It is super cute though. I'm not usually big on URs, not really sure why. Guess none of them have really been my thing so far.

Used to be dragons, but the past several years I've gotten to the point that I'd be good with pretty much any kind of lizard. Plus, my version of dragon has always been different from the generic version of dragon and it kinda gives people the wrong impression when I say I like dragons.

Probably introduced myself to the other GHs. Answered a help ticket maybe? I didn't even post on the thread announcing I was hired rip. I'm not big on posting on those types of things, though that was a few years ago, considering how I've changed since then I probably would now.
