Later; anxious, secretive, keeps to herself, constantly on the move, no longer goes to protests, tends to ghost on projects(be there but erase all credit to her name), still hates big-time museums. Suspicious, probably hasn't spoken since she last had her coffee two weeks ago at any given time. Faked her own death for the media, but k knows that Ty is still looking anyway, especially for the artifact. She is perfectly aware she is sometimes sighted and there are a lot of conspiracy theorists and simas who are hunting her heavily.

They met shortly before dawn. The two simas paused at the entrance to the old temple. They descended the steps and entered the dark, half buried tunnel. The moon sima lead the way. He walked slowly through the twisting hallways, running his paws along the walls every now and then. There were faded pictograms every few feet. He passed up several rooms with empty altars and huge murals.
He led them through a high ceilinged chamber with stone benches lining the walls. The benches faced small murals. It was still possible to see these had been more detailed and vibrant than the ones in the corridors. They stopped in the middle of the room to look up at the large image on the ceiling. The goddess Lux smiled kindly down at them, eyes closed in contentment. At the front of the room were the towering images of her and Tenebris’s children, each set behind a low altar.
He walked over to a door near the front altars and they wound their way still deeper into the temple. Finally the dark sima held up a paw. The light sima stopped and turned to examine the writings he had indicated. The dark sima’s brow furrowed in thought and his lips moved as he muttered quietly to himself. After a while he walked several paces back the way they’d come and pressed on a brick. A section of wall slid soundlessly back. The light sima followed him through the newly opened doorway, which she slowed to examine. No mechanisms were attached to the opposite side of the wall or around the archway.
They found themselves in a corridor that sloped gently downward. This passage was less decorated than the ones they had previously seen, and the writings on the wall seemed more functional than decorative or devotional. The corridor suddenly leveled off, opening into a rectangular landing with two doors on either side and a doorway on the opposite wall. It was as if they had reached the basement level. When they stepped into the room a couple of crystals set into ledges on the wall lit up and illuminated the space. The two simas split up and peered around each of the doors. Two of the small rooms held low cots while the others appeared to be storage rooms for food and priestly tools. Every room they opened had one of the illuminating crystals as well.
The dark sima lead them through the far doorway. The corridor beyond stretched on to their left and right. He led the way down the left first. Near the end of the left passage a side passage branched off. This one sloped up like the corridor the simas had followed down to the basement. At the end of the left corridor there was a small room with a single low table in the center. A large pitcher sat atop the table. The dark sima turned after a moment and led them back they way they came. He passed up the archway to the landing and continued down the right of the corridor.
The room they stepped into was taller than the ones they had previously searched and bathed in the light of multiple illuminating crystals. Several bookshelves were arranged around the room and between the shelves sat two more low tables. There were many books stood up on the shelves, though some seemed to be missing or deteriorated due to time. The books appeared to be made of rough paper and hide. The two simas wandered into the room, looking around slowly in awe.
A frown turned the dark sima’s lips and he began pacing back and forth around the underground library. He walked between the shelves and crossed the room from one side to another. The light sima eventually stopped her wanderings to watch him. Finally the dark sima ran out of the library. Before the light sima could do more than turn to follow he returned with a clay seal from the other room and hurried to set it on a small depression in the floor. As he did a bookcase before him swung in, revealing another hidden corridor.
