Devil made her way away from the other horses. She stopped when she was a safe distance away from the horses and people. She wasn't quite having fun anymore and she began to figure out how to get the rope from around her neck. She had already nearly fallen tripping over the blasted thing. She placed a hoof firmly holding the loose end to the ground and she pulled her neck up but it only made the rope tighten. She snorted and let go taking a breath she sighed deeply. "Guess I'm stuck with this thing for the rest of my life." She gave a small frown at the prospect and she looked around for something to snag the rope on and maybe loosen it enough to slip her head out.

river song: i tried to help her by biteing the rope. it took a while but i got through.

Devil shook herself happily when the rope fell to the ground with a satisfying thud. The dappled mare smiled thankfully at River Song. "Thank you kindly." Her voice was sweet with a hint of mischieviousness that gave away a little of her personality. She flicked her tail forgetting about introductions and anything like that.

river song: "are you ok" i asked.

Devil nodded. "Better than ever." Her tone held a hint of sarcasm as her neck began to ached where the rope had rubbed against it. "Oh yeah, I'm Devil by the way." Her dark eyes looked at River Song expectantly awaiting her name. Her tail began to swish back and forth gently as she continued to stand there.

river song: "i am river song" i said.

Devil gave a half bow of her head and her ears flicked around towards River Song. "A pleasure to meet you." A grin played at her lips as she looked at the mare. She looked quite evil at that moment.

river song: "are you a lone mare like me", i asked.

[lonely.silence]

Devil sighed quietly at the question. She didn't like the words lone mare. She preferred to think of herself as a nomad. It sounded much cooler. "I guess you could call me that." Her mane blew gently as a breeze swept through.
