Nah it would be the vibrant colors and sweet smelling hint, though I might as well tell you that both the vibrant colors/sweet smelling hint and feathers hint are linked together to lead to the same thing. The context of the first hint also doesn't refer to my pup.

Nope! It's not birds. This hint is a lot bigger than that in that if you knew it you would immediately know my pup. (Pup specifically!)

so just wondering, when you're talking about feathers, are you talking about feathers in a sense other than the feathers that come from birds or are you saying your pup doesn't follow a theme of birds?

This has nothing to do with sleuthing, but I just wanted to say that the moon in the background of dark bb looks awesome.

Pretty sure it's a crescent moon, anyway.

My hint has nothing to do with birds, while birds do have feathers I can assure you my hint is in no way related to birds or any real animal for that matter.

Now convinced this is Swiftalu's

Feathers as in Dinosaurs, no wings, egg could possibly be a dino egg. The lightest pup in the group. Markings could be viewed as natural. None basic tail. When asked if about birds, you said it was a lot 'bigger' than birds. Dinos are bigger than birds. I can't open the hint chart right now but that's what I remember

Also I believe this is solitudarian's because it's based on a dog. brown. sweet tempered, loving that thing on its back. eyes are closed so could be any colour. Not weird at all, no edited tail.

I think all of Swiftalu's clues point to a flower. Here is why I think so.

1. Lightest colors of the pallet. Flowers are very vibrant and are this way for pollination. I suspect the dull bud of a pup will turn into a pretty colorful flower.

2. Smells so sweet. This one is usually associated with flowers for their sweet aroma.

3. They like Hats and Glasses. Hats because flowers have been used many times to decorate hats. Glasses to place flowers in.

4. Hornets. Although not a primary pollinator, they still do gather nectar from flowers.

5. Feathers are fun... What else can they be used for? I think two reasons. 1 to keep dust off flowers. Or 2. To decorate WITH flowers. Feathers have been often used with flowers for decoration. Albeit hats or otherwise.

6. Cooleyes. We have not seen the adult stage yet. But so far, the pup below seems to have "cool eyes". Usually when someone has cool eyes, its not so much the color as is the mood. Her eyes are shut in a very chill way.

7. Different tail design. The pup below has a different tail. Swift has mentioned that at least the tail had been edited.

Edit! Almost forgot to mention that flowers "curl up and sleep" during the night.

Its looking likely that this pup could be it.

Not 100% sure here but it seems most likely. I will reread some clues and dig around (hopefully not in any flower beds) to see if this can be solidified more.
