@Mid-life- I live the design you've got for your 1200 entry, and the water hair is such a neat concept. You mention not being happy with the eyes, but the only thing I see that could be improved is maybe round out the front of the eye a bit more so it isn't just a flat line. Might help it look a bit more fitting on the face. Also I don't know how compatible the art program you're using is with transparency, but maybe you could make the water hair and tail slightly transparent? I know those aren't design edits at all, but it might just make things a bit prettier, and make the watery nature of the hair a bit more obvious. Beautiful design once again, and good luck with the competition!

Hi everyone! I was wondering if I could get a bit of critique on the much more finalized design for my 1200 entry? Currently working on the writing, but I don't want to start up extra art until I know this is going to be the final design. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!

Next I want to introduce my Seranna! she was my unlimited rare MYO and I love her! I really want to breed her with a mer-kal and a winged kal because 1 shes my best chance at getting those two dreams and 2 I think she could have really stunning mer kits <3 also let me know what you think of her!

it's a reasonable time yay.

first.trading 2 claw edit(s) and a weight edit-- if you're offering for those, please title your pm accordingly! ( side note; if you missed the last kalon event and want a claw edit, let me know, i have two to spare )

second. looking for opinions on two different try-outs! kalon #1202's form is finished ( minus optional art-- keep in mine the story narration is tailored to be loose and unreliable, but also i wrote most of it when i was/am dog tired so there will be mistakes:tm: ) and kalon #1197 form is finished, and it is a rehashing an old entry idea for this guy! opinions on both would be greatly appreciated; please title your pm appropriately, i'm redundant at this point, but there's a lot going on here so it'll help keep track of stuff.

third. i am going to tentatively say i'm searching for someone to art kalon #1200 for me; i've got the design down, stacked with references and can even provide rough sketches, but i can't for the life of me bring myself to do official lining and coloring. i can offer pets/fr stuff/characters/aesthetics. just know that,
while it is such a large competition i expect a lot of people to enter and busy themselves with, it's still just lovely to have a chance, and that your help would greatly reduce the stress of my dumb heart.

fourth. also looking for someone to just look at the formatting/coding for my #1200 entry! bbcode here is kinda lacking so it was a lot of work to transfer it semi-correctly

I recently just made a new kalon, who I've named agaricus.
-agaricus is a type of poisonous mushroom.
-he was based upon a seafoam merman
-blind
-realized after a day that I hadn't removed the cover so he looked mint green

I haven't quite developed him very much yet but I'm looking for art of him, I sadly don't have da points sorryimpoor.
I'd really love some art of him in a human form to be completely honest.
I was thinking of him as being a piano teacher or a storyteller, telling stories to young kalons.



I'm interested in finding friends, foes, and possible love interests for him, I do like to roleplay out any potential romance though. <3

@Epiale- honestly, I think your design is very unique and awesome, I think it could use a bit more watercolor to make the colors have more depth, otherwise everything is actually really cool. the design is very interesting (in a good way)
