Rate The Character Above You V.6 (Rule Changes p.735)

(Please take my ratings with a grain of salt. What I think shouldn't matter when it comes to how much you love your character. ♡ )


6/10, while I really really really love the concept of it, since it is such a unique and really appealing idea, I feel a little conflicted about him. I feel like the idea of him not being able to do much (in terms of movement, speaking, or functioning) is a really unique idea, but it does bring up a lot of questions that I'm not sure can really be answered too well, such as how he would function really. The only other thing that conflicts me is his clothing. While I really like the outfit, I do find myself thinking it's a bit too modern feeling for him. I feel like if he was in more statue like clothing, it would fit him and his lore a tiny bit better maybe. But all in all, I really do think it's such an interesting idea and I'm honestly really curious about him. As for names, I can't help too much, I always kind of just mash sounds together until I get something that sounds like a name. ^ ^' Hopefully you find something soon. ♡


Caine? I feel like he wont really fit a lot of people's tastes, but he's the first character I ever made so I have a deeper connection to him haha. Wings are optional, and appear typically in moonlight. (Design and art by myself. toyhou.se art has credits on them.)

He's pretty simple and I haven't uploaded a lot of his information yet (I'm working on making it look pretty at the moment.), but his basic information is that he is a small forest guardian spirit, that carries their 'soul'/essence (Often referred to as fairy light) around in the lanterns of their tails. When their 'souls' are safely in their lantern, their physical body cannot be harmed; however, the lantern can be easily broken if one knows how. The dream catcher at the base of the tail pulls any impurities, negativity, etc, that may infect/damage their soul and pulls it through, a lot like a filter.
Caine is a sapient being (Meaning he has the ability to act with judgement, knowledge, experience, understanding, common sense, and insight, a lot like a human,), and is a companion/guardian animal to a character I sadly haven't finished the reference of.
(He comes from a world I have yet to connect to other characters/places, as their refs aren't done. rip.)

What a cute character! I love the patterns and colors, and I've never seen another character like this girl. She's super cool! The only thing that throws me off is the part lion cub.

Oh my, I love this gal! She is super cute. I really love the color pallets used and how nicely they are blended together. I'm not a huge fan of the white markings or her tail. I do like her hair and shine though! I also love their pinkish eye but not their blue eye.

i enjoy the little hints of red on this character, especially the little flowers in the hair. Not a fan of the solid stripes on the paws and nose, they generally always throw me off for some reason. they could benefit from more markings on the body imo. they're really cute tho.

While I normally son't like peacock designs all that much, this one's colors and markings are really beautiful. It is also a very unique hybrid, and looks very pleasing to the eye <3

first off the eye color is so close to the main color, that I can not tell if they were even colored. And without explanation the tail glow doesn't really make sense. The markings are pretty nice, but they blend in without anything standing out. I am sorry, I am just not a big fan.

-statue who was given life, human who was cursed to be a statue, or weeping angel human hybred
-right half of him does not work. Wing does not move, he can't walk right, he can't see out of one eye, and he can hardly speak
-covers right side of his face because it shows the wrong emotions.
-how is he even alive? half of his internal organs don't work, maybe sickly or immortal

A lot of people ask about his clothing. The only statue part of him is his organic body, if he was a statue who was given life, then he had been sculpted naked, and, if he was an angel cursed to be a statue, then it only affected his body. That is why he wears modern clothing, because he lives in the modern era. It would be less fitting for him to have non time appropriate clothing.

7/10 the concept is really cool, and even though you've given an explanation as to why he wears those clothes, i really dont think they suit (haha pun) him. it could just be personal preference. whatever you like is fine though! he's really interesting

this gal i just made yesterday? i don't have a name for her yet, so any suggestions would be appreciated. she's a war pony, and her cutie mark is what i think would resemble a fighter jet in the pony world.

4/10 - I'm sorry for the low rating! I tend to turn away from the gradients as well as the patches, I feel like it should be one or the other, but not both. I love the colors, wings, the cutie mark, and really the whole back half though!

something throws me off- i love the purple shades combined, but the neon blue is a bit unpleasant and the random white and neon blue stripes are too. i think without the neon blue this character would rise in quality! :> overall i adore the happy-go-lucky theme.
