Does it annoy you when someone can dish out a ton of criticism but can't accept any themself?

Yes!

When someone tries to call 4/5 times when you're doing something important and can't answer your phone (like during an important meeting, when you are at school, when you have an exam, when you have a medical appointment, etc...), and later when you call them back as soon as possible thinking they have something important to say, they tell you that they had nothing special to tell you, and just wanted to talk about the weather or what they've eaten at lunch... ? (I find this thing particularly annoying when the person who tries to call you KNOW where you are that you can't answer! And even if they don't know, after the 3rd times they should know that you are busy and won't answer even if they keep calling...)

Sometimes. I occasionally have people doing something similar to the latter to mock me, because of my legs.

When you make a joke to someone, and they take it offensively, then when you get annoyed and walk away, they get even more offended, so you tell them it was a joke, then they rant about how it isn't funny, and so you tell them to buzz off, because they did this all day, and then they tell a teacher what you said, while crying, and you get sent to the psychiatrist and get a call home, where you are grounded for joking about something to a small degree??

People who spend their time ranting and complaining about how much they want to do something but they can't because "It's too complicated" and "they can't" (without giving any good reason why) , instead of trying to find a solution.
