how they met: Dan watched the cute little happy dragon from a far when they where both young, always told never to go near the dragon until one day he did and made a friend for life.

Alsteria grew up as a loner, even his friends believed that no matter what they did, he still felt alone. One day he was presented with a large rock and was told to take good care of it and that it would test his morality. At first Alsteria scoffed but took it under his possession and care. He didn't care too much for it, a few dustings here, some polishing there, and sometimes he'd lay next to it out of boredom. One day a thief snatched up the rock and began to ran away when Alsteria intervened and fought the thief and regained possession of the rock and learned that it was an egg. From then on he started to care more for the egg and kept it warm but one day the rock began to crack and with a burst of smoke a small dragon hatching emerged and Alsteria has raised it on his own and soon they were like brothers. They became inseparable friends who each swore to do no harm or betrayal to the other and travel everywhere together side by side.
