The she-cat glanced back at the apprentice. "Maybe if you're luck I'll take you in as my apprentice."
She purred, flicking her ears back. "Cloudpaw, do you mind getting me the catmint?" She asked, turning back to Skip's sleeping body. "It should be in... one of the stone bowls behind the rack of herbs."
The medic instructed, listening to the heavy breathing of the sleeping cat's. It was ragged, like she was stuggling to breath at all. Suddenly, Snowywhisper was aware of Stormberry following her and Cloudpaw, confidence bubbling up in her.

"Hello, Sagepaw." Rippleshine greeted. "Keeping the pile full, I see?" She flicked her tail towards the mouse. "Don't be so disappointed in your catch. It saves lives, and more cats have the opportunity to eat." She purred, trying to comfort the apprentice. "You can't control how fat your catch will be, after all."

Echosong yawned, exposing her sharp teeth. She got up and squeezed out the warriors den, then went through her stretching routine. She had been out hunting earlier that morning, but it seemed as though the fresh-kill pile had gone down quite a bit since then. Oh well, I should go hunt, she thought. Echosong glanced around to see whether anyone else looked keen enough to join her, but no one seemed to really be hanging around for someone to hunt with. I'll go on my own then, she decided, making her way towards the camp entrance.

Shadepaw nodded his head at Stormberry. "Sure, I'll go get it for you." He assured her. "Be right back, Orangepaw!" He called over his shoulder as he exited the medicine cat den. Shadepaw padded out of the camp and found the prey easily. He carried it back to the camp and dumped it on the fresh-kill pile. He paused for a moment, then decided to grab some prey for Orangepaw...and maybe Stormberry. Shadepaw returned to the medicine cat den. "I'm back!" He announced as thought it was the most important thing in the world. "Brought you this." Shadepaw stated, dumping the prey unceremoniously at her paws.

Stormberry limps around the camp, exercising her leg to heal. She needed to be well to hunt for her clan. She then went back to snowywhisper, looking at what she was doing very interested. She purred, she smells hazelwings familiar scent.

Cloudpaw nodded and took off farther into the den. He grabbed the small crushed herb and returned to Snowwhisker, "That would be amazing." he purred, just imagining what it would be like to train to heal his clanmates.

Skippaw slept, her lungs filling again as it had been a day or so since she was given the herbs by Cloudpaw.
