Your first and last pet alone would be fair/overpay. An early '09 rare is worth 40-45C$. The horse is from late '09 and worth 30-35C$. Together, these two pets are worth 70-80C$. The addition of the two other dogs makes it quite unfair to you. You can definitely get a better offer than this.

This is unfair to you. By value alone, a late '09 rare=two late '10 rares. The commons and uncommons add up to a '10 common plus a '12 common, so I personally would ignore them here as they don't really make much of a difference. So to fill the age gap, they need another late '10 rare

Uncommons and below do not have a set value. You should check out this guide and decide what kind of values you'd like to base them as
I personally would say this is unfair to you since 1)their pets are too recent 2)the rarities are too low
