Technically they are overpaying by about a non + a red dragon..
But I wouldn't do this chicken dollars are very hard to trade off for list pets and I have only been able to do it a couple of times for pets in low demand such as the Grinner.
If you are looking to get a UR tiger I would recommend sticking with the Sunjewel.
The UR Tiger is going for around 6-10 nons more in the 8-10 area though, so I would keep the Sunjewel (five nons) and try get a couple more nons.. I would wait till December 18th test your luck!!

I personally wouldn't but that's just me..
Demand wise this is unfair to you by a couple of nons.
I have seen true date sunjewels go for date swaps with ur cats on the other side but that's the best I have seen for a date swap..
I would wait for a better offer I find tiger dogs hard to trade of for quantity if thats what you are looking for..
if you are looking for quantity I would value it at a bit less..
I'd tell them to add if possible..
