Bearshadow is a gentle giant who was named obviously after his size. He was found when he was a young kit out in the forest all alone. At first it was believed he was much older due to his size but once they realized he was too young to even know his own name they realized he was just a large cat in general. He was given the name Bearkit and taken in by one of the current queens. He had a normal clan life from there, though he always knew he was different from the rest of his family. When he was an apprentice his adoptive mother told him how she'd gotten him and he realized he had a biological family out there he couldn't even remember. He hopes to one day find them and meet them so he can try to understand why they left him. He fears he may never understand himself because of this and is afraid the clan won't want him one day for some reason or another. All he wants is to just be loved and welcomed within his clan. He is a very friendly cat and is extremely careful around kits and elders not wanting to accidentally hurt or scare them. He helps out around the camp as much as he can, doing the occasional favor an apprentice would normally do just to see someone smile. He feels very awkward whenever he receives praise or thanks and tries to downplay what he's done or give the credit to someone else. As he just wants everyone to like him and not think he's doing anything for any sort of gain.
