Rushpaw looked up at the two Warriors and thought for a moment, "We can go hunting. And if I see a squirrel climbing up a tree, I can practice climbing after it." he suggested, earning a somewhat loud chuckle from Foxpaw. The darker Tom turned his head and glared at his brother, "Don't you have somewhere else to be?" he hissed. The redder Tom rolled his eyes and trotted off towards the Apprentice's Den where Sunpaw was laying down. Rushpaw sighed and turned to his mentor, "We should go before he comes back."

Sablepaw nodded and padded off towards the supplies. She grabbed a large leaf to bundle all the necessary herbs together. Spiderpaw, who was still there and had heard the whole thing, looked up at Singeflare, "I can go fetch a few Warriors for you." he offered and mentally went through a list of strong Warriors that were still around camp.

[Noctali]

A frown grew on Hawkice's muzzle when he heard that the Tom didn't want his own brother to tag along, but Wolfhowl stepped on his paw. "Now, Hawkice, I advise you take the lead. You are the Deputy after all." The dark ginger Tom nodded and stood up, facing the nearby Hunting Woods of Scarletclan. He quickly gained a fast pace as he began to make his way towards it, nose filling up with the nearby scents of prey. Wolfhowl sighed, shaking his head softly, but decided to catch up after the speedy paw, checking back to make sure Rushpaw had caught up.

Singeflare nodded quickly, backing away slowly. "Hurry up! The Rouge may get her," he mewed frantically, front paws ready to take the route back to the She-cat. He knew that with Rosethorn, Shadowscar's brother, around, the territory was never completely safe.

Rushpaw swiftly padded after the two brothers and kept at Wolfhowl's heels. He could already scent the nearby prey and occasionally hear their light steps in the distance. In his mind, he just wanted to take off towards the sounds and search for the prey on his own, but he also knew better than to take off without actually seeing what he was going after and, with Rosethorn running about, it would be a death sentence.

Spiderpaw nodded and hobbled out of the den and glanced around the clearing. He could see cats sitting around, but he needed the strongest ones to follow. He limped over to the center of camp and brought together all his energy to call out, "We need our strongest Warriors to come with Singeflare to rescue Mockingjay from the metallic teeth!" he yowled and looked around to see who had heard.

[Noctali]

Wolfhowl had split from the main group, his yellow eyes focused on a dark flying shadow high above in the sky. He quickly unsheathed his paws and latched onto the closest tree, hauling himself up into the branches as he chased the bird. His paws felt like lightweights as he jumped his way from close branch to close branch, making his way through the Oak trees.

Hawkice paused for a second as he watched his brother in astonishment, but turned to the rustling of a nearby bush covered in blueberries. He instantly crouched low to the ground, belly touching the cold moss, for a Hunter's Crouch, and slowly inched his way towards the bush, claws unsheathed. To his pleasure, a plump mouse scurried out of the bush and straight in his direction, giving him an easy kill as he swat it with his powerful claws.

Feathernight's dark gaze drifted to the small Apprentice as he yowled out for help, and moved closer, tail swishing low to the ground. "I'll help even if I am not too strong, Spiderpaw," she meowed softly, eyes glimmering with worry. "I care about Mockingjay just as much as any true Warrior."

Rushpaw looked from his mentor to the Deputy in amazement. Both Toms were great hunters, although Wolfhowl did a bit more work. A soft rustling in the brush snapped him out of his trance and he perked his ears. He turned his head to see a vole scurrying about. With a swift lick of his chops, the apprentice fell instinctively into a Hunter's Crouch and slowly inched his way towards his unsuspecting target. Slowly, he bunched together his muscles and when his prey got close enough, he pounced on top of it and finished it off with one blow to the spine.

Upon hearing Spiderpaw's yowl, Ashice lifted his head and glanced over. He saw Feathernight had already gone to offer her assistance, so he figured he would do the same. Pushing himself up onto all fours, the gray and black Tom shook his pelt briefly before padding over to the other two Clan Mates, "I'll help out too. From what I've heard, metallic teeth are tricky to get out of." he meowed. The young Apprentice nodded and looked up at the two Warriors, "Good. Follow me, Singeflare will be leading you guys to Mockingjay." and he quickly hobbled over to the anxious Warrior.

Sablepaw had collected her necessary herbs and remedies and was waiting beside Singeflare with the herbs in her mouth. She looked over when she heard Spiderpaw hobbling over with Ashice and Feathernight following after him.

Feathernight kept up a swift pace as they came upon the shaking Tom known as Singeflare. He glanced quickly at Sablepaw, then mouthed a small "Follow" before he shot out into the woods, leading the group to the gruesome scene. Feathernight followed along beautifully, but stumbled back in horror when she saw the bloody mess. Mockingjay was wedged between the metallic teeth, which were clamped into her sides, puncturing large and lethal wounds. Not surprisingly, the She-cat was knocked out cold from the pain.

Sablepaw cringed in horror at the sight of how much blood there actually was. She felt her entire body freeze in utter fear and ice fill her veins. But, she had to help Mockingjay as best as she could, so she shook it off and looked at the Warriors, "T-try and pry it open. I'll get the herbs ready." she mewed softly and rummaged through her herbs so she would be ready. Ashice nodded and just as he was about to pad over and inspect the metal teeth, a limping figure entered the scene. The Tom glanced up and his eyes widened when he saw a dark Tom with only three legs pad over to them, "If you make one wrong move, you'll kill her for sure." he meowed in his deep voice. The strange, three-legged cat made his way over towards Mockingjay and examined the teeth, "I've seen this before..." he thought aloud and turned to look at the Warriors, "I need one of you to put your jaw on one side and another to do the same on the other."

[Noctali]

Singeflare and Feathernight both glared at each other, eyes easily read; they were debating who should take the honor of prying the metallic teeth from the bloody Mockingjay. "I will," Singeflare stepped forward, and lached his K-Nine onto the smooth part of the trap, nervous as could be; Mockingjay was one of the liveliest cats of the Clan. Her death could devestate everyone, and all it took was one false move.

{I think that we can have our own cats be mates with another. Ex. SingeflarexMockingjay or SingeflarexFeathernight. xD Sorry for the short post; at school.}

The mysterious, three-legged cat nodded and turned to Ashice, "You, you'll do the same on the other side." he instructed and took a step back. Ashice nodded and padded over to the other side and rested his jaw on the smooth, blood stained metal. The potent scent of Mockingjay's blood was enough to burn his eyes, but the Tom remained strong. He glanced back at the helpful Loner to seek further instructions. The Loner looked at both Clan Toms and nodded, "Very good. Now you both must pull with equal strength in order to pry your friend free. Otherwise, this will be her final moments with us." he meowed.

{Oh, and I was wondering if you could switch Brooknight's and Sunpaw's places. Like have Brooknight become Brookpaw again and Sunpaw become Sunrose. Mainly because I want to bring back her old crush on Bristlepaw >3}

{Alright, I will switch them in a second. Poor Bristlepaw. x3 In the first RP I ever joined, I made him have a crush on a Loner, but overtime she abandoned him even though they were mates. I'll have a similar story like that with him. I want to introduce Vespa. .n.}

Singelfare now glared at the Loner. "Well, we are both different- extremely different- in strength. How are we supposed to do that, Mr. Wise Guy?" He had to mumble between clamped teeth, so it sounded more like 'Mither Wif Fy' at the end.

A light ginger She-cat perched herself on top of a large, metallic fence that her owner had kept her in for ten moons now. Her ebony nose was stuck into the air, picking up the smell of cat blood; there was no sounds of struggle or fighting, though. How weird... Well, Vespa, time to investigate. At this thought she elegantly jumped off of the fence and landed on the other side, balancing on her four black paws. Her singe-tipped golden ginger ears perked to the sounds of cats somewhat arguing, another sounding frightened by something; but what? Her curiosity got the best of her and she took off to into the woods, bright blue eyes scanning the area for what could be the problem. That's when another thought hit her; Rouges. Not the nearby wild cats, since they seemed like no threat to a small She-cat like her. Rouges on the other hand would take on any life, no matter how innocent. She had paused for a slight moment before taking off again, the scent of fresh blood strengthening.
