Skip jumped as a voice sounded behind her. She arched her back, facing the cat. Ears flattened, she slowly relaxed. "You don't smell like other cats." she observed cautiously. She answered the tom's question through gritted teeth, "Is it poisoned?" Skip held her injured leg up and behind her one good leg. Keeping her poofy tail raised in confidence.

He rolled his eyes. "Why would it be poisoned?" Scorch took a bite of the rabbit, then swallowed. "See? Now you have some." He pushed the rabbit towards her. "I'm Scorch, who are you?"

Applepaw

She looked sad. "What will I do when you're a warrior, Foxpaw? Who will I hang out with?" Applepaw curled her tail around him, then looked down at her paws.

stormberry quietly gets up and goes. Tail hanging low and ears flat. She walks out of the camp to go hunting.

Skip lowered her head and cautiously took a bite, chewing slowly and swallowing before answering the tom. "Skip." she answered,
praying to star-something that he didn't come through the undergrowth at that time, just in case this cat was dangerous. "Why are you here?" she asked, her amber eyes sparking.

He smiled. "Skip. That's a pretty name." Scorch listened to the young shecat. "Oh, I'm here because I hate the clans.
I just took a cat down." The tom licked the blood off his paws. "I'm from Bloodclan. Did you know this used to be rightful bloodclan territory? Until 'Aspenclan' stole it... But anyways, why are you here?" Scorch settled down and tucked his paws underneath him.
He kept looking at Skip, who was looking at him cautiously. Scorch blushed slightly. "Don't worry, I won't attack you."

"Do something'!" StormWind cried. "I'm ain't a medicine cat, I don't know a single bit about how ya do this." He glanced over at HollyPelt worriedly, beginning to fear for the worst. After a few more tense moments in the medicine den, he began to pace around the cave. He was trying to contain his worry, and remain calm and collected. After all, he was a deputy! Deputys weren't supposed to lose their cool over things like this, were they? His tail twitched anxiously and every five or so seconds, he would quickly glance over at HollyPelt to see how she was doing. It was as painful for for him as it was for HollyPelt. Every second she laid there in pain, he was in pain too. Now in the same way she was there. It was in the emotional and mental pain that he was feeling. The fact that she was in pain and he couldn't do anything just about drove him up the wall.

CreamPuff laughed. "Darling, I haven't a clue how he does it either." she replied, smiling fondly as she spoke of her mate. "I suppose he's quite lucky isn't he?" She went to continue speaking, but stopped as she noticed the presence of another cat. She looked away from Nelly, to see another of the neighboring cats, Coal. His dark fur nearly blended into the shadow of the two-leg box, causing his eyes to appear to be floating in the air. "Why, hello Coal!" she purred, nodding in greeting. "How's everything for you?"

"Bloodclan?" Skip echoed, a slight chill going down her spine. "Why did you kill him?" she asked, unsure if she really wanted the answer. The russet colored she-cat's ears flicked up in alarm when he blushed.

Stormberry pads through the forest. She stops and listens she hears a slight russle. She sniffs the air. A vole. She looks in the direction and crouches. Lightly on her feet she moves tords the vole.

Hickorypaw sat outside of the apprentices den, his blue gaze fixed on the distance. The tom usually kept to himself, finding it hard to talk to others. He knew that it was a problem, he could even be a warrior any day now, but he actually enjoyed the silence. At the same time it would be nice to have a friend, but he always got timid and awkward around others.
