Astarot smiled a little, before walking after the young guard. His wings kept close to his sides, in order to make it easier for his guide to lead him to his daughter's bedroom. It didn't take long for him to spot Kyloth, who was sat at the room's entrance keeping watch. He then walked towards the entrance, and nodded a greeting to the young guard." How is she, Kadaqua?", he asked.

Kadaqua looked up from gently bathing the princess's head and neck before she put down the cloth and climbed out of the water, walking over to him,"Not good, I'm afraid. She's running a high fever, her scales are partly burned, and others have darkend, and she's very weak. I haven't seen anything like this before." She spoke softly.

Astarot watched her walk over, before glancing back at his daughter. His wings only shifting ever so slightly, as he listened to what she said. Resisting the urge to dig his claws into the ground, as he thought of what Zarak could have possibly done to her. Before looking back down at the healer, as he listened to what she said." Is there anything that can be done?", he asked.

Kadaqua thought quietly,"Well, I think for now the best we can do is to keep her hydrated, wet, in enough sunlight, and plenty of rest." She said softly as she glanced towards the princess before another thought came to mind,"To be honest, I think Arazmun would know more about this then I do." She said, shifting her wings a little at her side.

Astarot nodded a tiny bit in understanding, as he listened to what she said. Feeling grateful that his mate wasn't here to hear the news of their daughter's health. He then looked back at the healer, when she mentioned Nez's teacher." I'll go find him", he replied.

Kadaqua gave a little nod in acknowledgement, "Of course." She said softly.

Nezula shifted her head ever so slightly on the ground out of the water. She was in a light, restless sleep as her ears twitched ever so slightly, making out the voices of her friend and her father, but unknown to what they were saying.

Astarot looked back into his daughters room, and let out a quiet sigh. Before looking back down at the healer, and shifted his wings slightly." Just do what you can, Kadaqua, I'm sure we can come up with something", he replied softly. He then turned around, before quickly heading to where he would normally see his advisor.

Kadaqua nodded to the king before she watched him go. Sighing softly, she turned back into the room and over to Nez.

Arazmun was quietly looking through some old books in the library. Books he marked off one time when Nez was just a hatchling.

Astarot walked towards the entrance, before pausing a little in order to hear. Once he heard movement inside the room, he then let out a small sigh of relief." Arazmun, I'm in need of your assistance", he said.

Arazmun twitched his ears a little before turning around and looking at King Astarot,"What can I do to help?" He asked, considering it was late.
