Friendly reminder (although it's established)-- please note that I consider the Quarter Quells to be every 25th round, therefore the 25th, 50th, 75th, etc rounds are Quarter Quells.

Winners' Kills
Chart that shows the number of winners for every number of kills in a round

Observations
On average, a winner had 3.16 kills. This is so far the highest kill average in a quarter.
In 28% (7) of the 25 rounds, the winner had made 2 kills (the most frequent amount of kills made).
2 cats had 0 kills (Silverfeather in Round 85 and Roseclaw in Round 96), the lowest number of kills possible.
This quarter holds the highest record of winning kills: two cats had a kill total of 7 (Thimblekit in Round 82 and Hailcloud in Round 99).

Districts
Chart that shows what districts the winners were in

Observations
On average, there were approximately 2.08 winners in one district.
Most of the winners were in District 4 and 10. Both had a total of 4 winners.
Districts 3 and 6 had the second highest number of winners (3).
Unlike past quarters, all districts had at least one winner.

I was unable to find the result for one runner-up. There was one round where the host combined all cats who died into one row. This was for convenience as they all shared the same death, but because it was manually put together, I could not tell who was the runner-up for that round.

Observations
On average, there were 2 runner-ups per district.
District 1 had the most runner-ups (4), with Districts 2, 4, and 6 following with 3.
District 5 is the only district without a tribute winning 2nd in a round.

The average number of cats winning 1st or 2nd per district is approximately 4.08.

Miscellaneous Stats

Out of all of the winners in this period of 25 rounds, 12 were males and 13 were females.
This time around, users won at most two times.
Tideflower returned for her 4th Quarter Quell. Oceanpaw and Cloudtuft returned for their second Quarter Quell (both had entered the 2nd QQ). They were also the winner and runner-up, respectively, of this QQ.
This was the most diverse quarter in terms of ranks. While still the majority, only 7 were warriors. Kits were the second most-common (6), although the Mother and Kits did help with that stat. This quarter was the first quarter to have a queen win (Roseclaw in Round 96). Here is a pie chart with percentages of winners' ranks.
While not included in the pie chart above, all four Outsider rounds had kittypets emerge as victors.
Special event roundss this quarter were Mother and Kits Rounds (rounds 79-80) and Outsiders Rounds (rounds 88-91). Ironically the winners in each event round were of the same rank (M&K Rounds had kits winning, Outsiders had kittpets winning).
WCHG V.2 has been made! In celebration of its growth, we had rounds with 3 cats per district (rounds 92-93).
