Staff Litter Discussion Thread 2017

i stopped being active on the monthly discussions in 2016 - i bookmark every monthly discussion once it's posted and check it on occasion but i have to admit i stalk the staff discussion thread way more than the other monthly discussion threads because heCK it's so fun watching the staff being as vague as possible while the CS community as a whole just turns into sherlock holmes' children

i'd love to take a part in this investigation but my intelligence when it comes to normal human being things is equivalent to that of a brick's and even though i wake up at three am with thoughts like "if you clean a vacuum cleaner, doesn't that make you the vacuum cleaner?" i legit cannot figure out the simplest clues ajajdjejsja

but you guys are like mini einsteins - keep up the good work :0

Maybe.. I don't know staff too well, but maybe..just maybe...
Her heart rat, which is a rat that you feel very close to, and that you can have deep conversations with, either looks like a badger or was named Badger..or both..I don't know though like I said, I don't know the staff very well...

i looked up "badger" in metallic's posts and got SUPER EXCITED because i saw a post in the rat lover's club!
but then realised.. she was talking about someone else's rat :<


Your Badger sounds a lot like my Bimisi. There are some rats that just don't appreciate human contact. I have had Bimisi for over a year and he's only now allowing me to hold him. And at this point I think it's only because he's terminally ill and doesn't have the willpower to fight back anymore.
He and I gained an understanding eventually, where I could touch him when HE allowed me to as long as I gave him plenty of play time, moved slowly when approaching, and offered plenty of treats.

i may not be a sherlock holmes child like the rest of you but back when i was hip and relatable with the kids in the greyscale april fools event, i personally experienced the pain of basically rifling through all of saikiyo's posts, signature, groups, trading rules, and etc to find some hidden message on a cat adopt (or something like that?) and yet it never occurred to my dead brain cells to place a background behind the cat and see if anything happened then

I guessed because she understand what it felt like to have a rat like Badger, who doesn't appreciate human contact, she decided that this year, she would design a pet, that was badger-like, and it was dedicated to Badger, dedicated to Bimisi, or any other pet like them..
