darcy— cordelia is almost insanely devoted to darcy. this comes firstly from duty, and secondly from love. she would die for darcy, she would kill for darcy. the one thing she can't seem to do is leave darcy alone so he can get things done. however, resentment grows like weeds in a young heart, and as darcy continues to push her away and make her feel unwanted, she continues to grow calloused, unbelieving of his affection when she does receive it. she's grown hypocritically unsympathetic of his paranoia. for a time she enjoyed how he worried about her safety, the way he would take interest in where she was going and even accompany her through the castle hallways... but now? now, it's just annoying.
lilith— cordelia and lilith were good friends before the murders, but all the pressure has truly forged their relationship into a diamond. while she may not always understand or reciprocate lilith's romantic advances, she knows that their bond is different than most others that exist within the castle walls, and she values it almost above her life. between the two dead girls is a living spark, and that's pretty special (not to mention poetic). while she still can't totally wrap her mind around lilith's transformation, after a year she's learned to just accept the change. it's not a bad change, after all. if cordelia has learned anything from lilith, it's that change is good and it's best just to embrace it.
vixen— vixen seems to be the only one who doesn't treat cordelia like some good little girl. vixen sees a darker side to cordelia, and takes her seriously, unlike most of the castle's other residents. they've grown closer in the past year due to the disappearance of cordelia's "good girl" status which once divided them. she appreciates being treated like an adult by someone.
michelangelo— being around lilith more often has meant being around michelangelo more often. this hasn't been too unpleasant for cordelia. cordelia still doesn't know if she has a soul that can be saved, if she has a soul at all. she's unwilling to discuss or even think about such matters, which has made her relationship with michelangelo strained at best until lately. he encourages her new hobby of painting and even gifted her the supplies, which she is very grateful for.
avis— cordelia has known avis for as long as she can remember (so like a year) and she knows him well enough by now to tell that he had a troubling past, and few friends. evanna was a friend of his, even if she was a murderess, and cordelia feels a bit guilty for taking his friend away from him. she tries to make it up to him by visiting him often, but his rapid approach to death's door makes her fearful and uncomfortable, as any discussion or display of mortality is bound to.
evanna— no. nope.
chole— similarly as with michelangelo, cordelia's relationship with chole has grown as a result of her relationship with lilith. chole has some interesting ideas about death, and remains the only individual with which cordelia is willing to discuss the subject. her attitude towards mortality is comforting to cordelia as it helps her to push aside the guilt she feels regarding the murders she committed in the past.
caelan—
yeong-suk—
meiling—
calliope—
luca—
malachi— cordelia is wary of the witch-hunter. while she doesn't consider him a threat to herself, she worries that he might hurt or kill her friends, and that won't slide. cordelia would not be above making him her next victim should he upset the balance of life in the castle. until then, however, cordelia tries to stay on his good side and keep him away from lilith.
