"hewwo, my names mister. snail!" said a childlike voice from.. the ground? you had to look down to see who it was. all you saw were some fungi. but then, the big bright eyes of a snail looked up at you with joy.
"hi?" you said, a bit cautiously.

explanation ;; this gif reminds me of this snail because i believe they would have child companions that bring them places. they enjoy watching others play games, since they themselves aren't fast enough to do so.

personality ;; they're happy nearly all the time, and enjoy company of others. they're able to create friends quickly, being happy-go-lucky, and get anxious with really big crowds and when it gets too dark for them to see. they love pretty flowers, and birds scare them even though they're well hidden with the ground. they're exceptionally good at staying in one place for a prolonged amount of time, like a mannequin, making them good at hide-and-seek, their camouflage and size giving them a big advantage. they'd rather much help find the one who's 'it' in the game, being very aware of everything around them. they're surprisingly a quick thinker, and are well educated by the children they're friends with. they like learning about anything, reading, and somehow they understand math better than the children do.

extra information ;; when it rains, they grow in size, possibly as large as 30 feet tall, and are able to shelter their friends, retreating into their shell with them for protection. they grow to be nearly invincible with their large mushrooms and slime covering their body, repelling attacks from birds or the rain.
