how much more time do we have for the mares to be covered?

Mares usually are in heat from April - September, so they might be in heat early fall and stop being in heat at mid fall ( so about 6 or 7 pages into fall) however I think we stretch this a little and allow mares to be in heat all fall however no mares are in heat in winter.
So basically you have until winter. ^^
Keep in mind though, the later your mare is covered, the later she'll give birth and the foal will have a higher chance of dying. Fall happens on page 40 and winter happens page 60.

I think people are busy and their stallions are busy. Did you plan on Butterfly going to Cerberus? If you did you should put her stallion as 'reserved' so that there's no confusion / someone else tries to pick her up. ^^

If you can't find anyone for Ava, you could reserve her for my stallion Anubis but you might be waiting a while.
