Personally, i'd say so. They are overpaying by 4 '09 rares or a low advent. But of course, it depends on how you value your pets.

so they'd need to add 1 mid advent (7-8 '09 rares) + 2-3 '09 rares (so around 9-11 '09 rares in total)

2011 and '12 uncommons are worth around 5C$ each. 2016 and '17 are under 2C$. So, it's (roughly) 52C$ - 6$.

This is unfair to you by dates. A 2014 common is worth a 2015 uncommon.
