I have read that every decoration has to be made by yourself but would it be okay to use decoration things like this, this, this or this when there's other hand-made decoration on the cake (that (slightly) overweights)?

that is okay but remember that you won't score highly for having store-bought items on your cake, we are more impressed when things are made by you
