Seth urges Thinner into a full out gallop, smiling as she caught up to the other two. Her head remained low as she jumped the log, somthing she loves to do. Even though she is a Quarter horse, she enjoys streching her legs and jumping once in a while. Seth remained deep in the saddle as the pair galloped along side the others.

Julia could hear the waterfall now and knew they were close to the meadow she raced on enjoying the sound of the wind and the pounding of hooves on the ground she watches as Kapu pulled ahead and avoiding the hooves Julia quarter horse rounded several tight bends easily as he was trained in barrel rqcing Julia slowed ace to a trot as the meadow appreaed

Juliet: Laughs. She holds on tight to Man O' War's reins. Little did she know there was a mountain lion in the trees above them.

Kapu: Sees the Mountain lion. He growls. The mountain lion jumps, aiming for Juliet and Man O' War. Kapu Jumps, and latches onto the mountain lion, just before it hit them. He snarls and yelps. They go tumbling through the brush. All you can hear is barking, yelping, and the sound of a mountain lion scream.

Juliet: "Kapu!" She says, pulling Man O' War to a stop. She jumps off.

Man O' War: Stands at Juliet's side. His head low.

Julia stops ace and her rears again neighing loudly all she hears is barking and snarling Ace stands again anxiously shuffle g his hooves Julia is tense but reamins calm trying g to keep her horse still she was ready to whitlse for duke

Seth raced past Julia and out into the meadow, cantering her around a tree like it was a barrel. Pulling her to a stop, he said. "Whoah, girl." and gave her a pat on the butt. Thinner chomped on her bit and Seth hopped off, and sat down in a patch of long grass. Thinner grazed peacefully beside him, looking back for the others. She pricked her ears when she heard the mountain lion scream.

Juliet: Suddenly, everything was quiet. She heard a low whimper. Then sees Kapu come out of the brush.


Kapu: His nose and arm are cut. The arm being deeper. He looks up at Juliet and wags his tail.


Juliet: She gets down on her knees and hugs him. He saved her life. "Good boy. Good."

Julia smiled and walked over to them she looked at Kapu "he was very brave" Julia walked ace away into the meadow where Seth and Thinner already wer she disjointed and let ace roam arond grazing.Julia sat down in the grass smiling as a breeze swept through

Ace looked down at Kapu and snorted as Nicole walked himaway he went to graze as she dismounted off of him
