I have a question,can someone give you Ideas for the cake?

You're going to get ideas about it all day long, from looking at the site to having your friends and family look over your masterpiece-in-progress. As long as you do most of the work, and you actually did it, and came up with the idea mostly by yourself, I don't think there's going to be a problem. As long as there are caring people around, they're bound to give you suggestions. It's just a matter of how well you use all the ideas and suggestions to come up with your piece of art.

i have two questions;
if two peoplpe (like devilish and I (supercrown) ) are sharing an account, can they both make a cake, or only one of us can? :3
and also, if im writing on a sticky note my username, do i have to put that im technically "supercrown", or do i put that im devillilsh, since its our account name? thanks C:

1 account = 1 entry. So if you're sharing, you can only enter 1 cake. And you add whatever name is current for the account.

Just a couple questions so I don't get into trouble later...

Are we allowed to use the designs of CS pets, or possibly even Avian? If you have to give credit to the design, how do you suggest doing this?
