I GOT A GUINEA PIG!

So my dad, brother and I went to Walmart and stoped by Petsmart because i love that place and randomly he just said. "Wanna a guinea pig?" and i was so confusing and didn't what to say. I though the meant it as a birthday present but my birthday in in like 8 months. He said that we can get one today. I was amazing and got to choose the guinea pig and name him. His name is Rolo after the candy.

That is so awesome! I had two Guinea Pigs once and they were so much work! We had to give them up to a family on Craigslist, and got a dog later. Which was much easier for us. Those Guinea Pigs poop everywhere they walk! But they are too adorable

Awwww he's cute c: He'd be happiest with a same sex friend though. When you get him a friend make sure your cage is big enough or they might not get along.

Did you do any research? It's not a good idea to get a pet when you haven't looked at it's care requirements at all, and with an animal like a guinea pig I think it's best to have two rather than one, and I would really recommend getting an animal from a breeder or a shelter rather than a pet store. I'm not trying to sound rude, just giving you advice.
