Nighttime? I guess not..
If you want your character to sleep or rest, its your choice
There wouldn't be an exact skip just because it may be a little too complicated
Other characters are able to stay out during the night unbeknownst to the skip
Technically what I'm saying is that its always daytime during the rp, only you and your partner (or just you) can choose whether its night or day for your characters.. depending if it helps along in your rping or not
