Its very good! But the red gem and the multi color Cuffs or Bracelets Look a bit out of the scheme. Also, instead of leaving the background white for this I would recommend a darker color or a drawn background! So Far it is a great drawing and the character idea sounds great. The character trying to be ''miss perfect" as you said must put her in some tough situations and stress alot. I would like to see a story and this character progress.

I agree, the art is very nice but the cuffs and etc should fit the scheme.
