Charlie is a quiet individual, who is probably more scared of you than you are of anything. They frighten easily towards new people but can be extremely warm to those they know and trust. Charlie could be considered a wall flower for how he acts and behaves, he is no good with crowds and often spends his time in the library or music shops around the place as they are less populated than other areas and shops.
