You must be thinking of a snow leopard (though they are usually gray, not fully white). This is a clouded leopard:

The shape of the spots look right, but the overall color of the chameleon looks more reddish than most.

If it werent for the others looking so feline, Id say this one looks rather snake-ish.

While being based on a feline; it's not a clouded leopard
