So the total would be between 91 - 108. So I believe 100 c$ is a fair average.

Very unfair to you
Their c$ is only worth a cake dog. Their side isnt even worth one of your balloons. Also the balloon duo in my experience can get some overpay. It's really not worth it.

Do you mean are they advent list pets? No. But they add up c$ wise to 100 c$.
