Mark smiled when he met her, in the most casual outfit he had, shorts and a black tanktop. "Ready for a run?" he asked her with a smile. He had a fairly even tan, and no scars, he had worked as a model through school, so no tattoos either.

Cassie was wearing a pink tanktop with black running shorts. She was pretty tan with no tattoos and the only scar being on her left hand but it was light and not really noticeable. She smiled at him and nodded. "Yes I am." She said smiling at him. She walked out to the sidewalk before she started to run.

Mark smiled, "You look beautiful, as always." he said as he headed out with her and began running by her side. He was glad for the running partner, and it was so nice here. "It's so nice to run in shorts and a tanktop instead of sweats and a sweater." he laughed as he smiled over at her.

Cassie blushed a little bit. "Thank you." She said and fixed her ponytail as she ran. "I have to agree with you on that one. I much prefer shorts and tanktops. I actually do not like running in sweats so I have been known to go to a gym to run on a track so I could wear shorts." She said smiling as she ran.

He chuckled, "I like the fresh air and it's sometimes my only chance of outside time when I am not in an office." he said as he looked over at Cassie as he ran with her. He kept pace with her easily, and he kept pace with her, wanting to have her enjoy herself.

"Ya I have the same problem unless I have a job outside but I would rather be in shorts." Cassie said smiling. "That is just how I am I guess." She said to him. She was running at a slower pace than normal and sped up a bit so she could see what pace would work for him. She was not sure how he normally ran.

Mark smiled as he picked up his pace as well, "How fast do you run usually?" he asked her with a curious smile. He really, truly, was enjoying this time with her, "I usually am pretty brisk, but I don't want to make this not enjoyable for you." he laughed softly.

"I am usually pretty brisk too but I did not want to go too fast for you to be comfortable." Cassie said. "We can speed up though if you are up for a brisk run." She said smiling and ran her normal pace. It was pretty fast and she looked at him. "But we can slow down if you need to." She said to him not really minding.

Mark laughed as he ran with her, "Oh, you made it a challenge." he smiled as he happily ran by her side. "So, what are your plans?" he asked as he looked at her, "Anything exciting at the clinic?" he asked her.

"Not really anything that is super exciting. I have to finish setting up one of the clinic rooms before tomorrow when I am leaving." Cassie said as she ran. "What about you. What are your plans for today?" She asked him.
